About pricing and billing.
Why per business rather than per user?
Because the person who sends the invoice, the person who chases it and the owner who wants to know what is owed are three different people, and none of them should cost extra. Zoho Books Standard is ₹899 a month for three users and ₹1,799 for five; Vyapar and Tally licence by device or by user too. Bill Pro is one price for everyone.
What does the free plan really include?
Unlimited members, 100 invoices a year, 25 customers, quotes, one payment link, tax-ready templates in your own branding — not ours — and everything filed into Drive.
What happens after 100 invoices?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked; you are asked to move to Pro before the next one goes out, and Celia will have told you a few weeks earlier.
Why are Indian prices lower?
Because a business in Coimbatore should not pay a Silicon Valley price. Indian accounts are billed in rupees through Stripe, at a price set for the Indian market, with applicable taxes to be confirmed at launch.
Are these prices final?
They are proposed. Bill is not built, so nothing is being charged and nothing is being promised at a price we have not tested. If they move before launch, this page will say what changed and when.
Will there be a trial?
A 28-day, no-card trial is proposed for Pro and Business, as the rest of Centilio does, and Free continues afterwards with your invoices where they were.
Will Bill be in Centilio One?
Yes: the intention is that Centilio One includes Bill Business.
