What Meet is
Meet is the meeting itself and the record of it. A booking in Book becomes a room; the call is recorded if everyone agrees; and afterwards the summary, the decisions and the next steps are filed to the customer in Relate or the project in Track.
No more "what did we agree?".

How Celia runs it
Celia takes the notes, writes the summary, extracts the actions and files them. It asks for consent before recording and never joins a call uninvited.

Is Meet a replacement for Zoom or Google Meet?
For business meetings inside Centilio, yes; you can keep using others and still let Celia file the notes.
Is recording private?
Recordings are stored in your Drive under your roles, never used to train anything.
