What a scheduling link sells you
A page, a queue and a per-seat bill. Calendly $10 to $16 a seat, Cal.com $12 a user, Acuity $20 to $61 by calendar band. The easy half
A shared diary that knows who is really free. Book is designed to connect the appointment, deposit, reminder and customer record—at one proposed price for the business.
Centilio Book is appointment scheduling software for a business where more than one person shares a diary: a clinic, a salon, a studio, a tuition centre. Customers pick a time that has been checked against every clinician's own calendar as the page was drawn, pay a deposit if you ask, get reminded, and arrive on a customer record that already has their history. Priced per business: free for one calendar, then $19 a month with every staff calendar included and unlimited bookings on every plan — which is not how this category prices any of it.
Product design preview · Book has not shipped. All plans, integrations and screens are proposals.
Book is not available yet. These are proposed screens, features and prices—not a beta or a live booking service. The interactive diary uses fictional data; no appointment, message, deposit or customer record leaves this page.
Explore one fictional Tuesday: three clinicians, five appointments and two personal-calendar commitments. Turn sample sync off to see the false availability. Taking a sample booking changes only this page.
Interactive sample only. No appointment, payment, reminder or customer record is created.
Five appointments were already here. Lunch is not for sale. The two dashed grey slots are in somebody’s personal calendar, not in Book.

Because one person put a school run in their own calendar, the page never saw it, and a customer is now sitting in reception at three o'clock. The actual problem
Checks every person's own calendar at the moment the page is drawn, holds the deposit, sends the ladder, and files the visit on a customer record. The hard half

An event in a calendar, and a customer you know nothing about A record in Relate
Asked for "sometime next week", Celia offers three times that suit both diaries rather than a wall of availability. She writes the reminders in your words, for your service, so you do not have to author five templates before you can take a booking.
When somebody does not turn up she drafts the re-booking message and stops, because the right thing to say to somebody whose car broke down is not the right thing to say to somebody who does this every month — and only a person knows which one they are.

Every slot offered is checked against each person's own calendar at the moment the page is drawn.
FreeGoogle, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com. A dentist appointment in a personal calendar blocks the slot.

FreeFifteen minutes to write notes, or forty to drive across town.
ProA scheduling link stops at "time booked". For a clinic or a salon that is about a third of the job: the deposit has to be held and then applied to the invoice, the intake form has to be attached to the appointment rather than a spreadsheet, and the visit has to join the three previous ones on a record somebody can read before the customer walks in.
That is why Book is in the same suite as Relate and Bill rather than integrating with them. 4 of today's 5 appointments are secured by a deposit, and every one of them will become an invoice without anybody typing it twice.

No. Book has not shipped: there is no app and no beta. These pages are the product as designed, and the console above is that design running in your browser with sample data. Relate, the customer record a booking lands on, is in the same wave.
For one person, Cal.com's free plan: one user, unlimited event types and calendars, and it costs nothing. For a salon or clinic that needs it working this week, Setmore is free for up to four users with unlimited appointments, and we say so on its comparison page.
Because all of them charge you for growing. Calendly is $10 to $16 per seat, Cal.com $12 per user, Acuity changes plan at your second calendar and again at your seventh, Square is $49 per location, and SimplyBook.me counts your bookings. Book is one price for the business with every staff calendar included.
How many of the slots offered to a customer are really free. It starts at 14 out of 14. Turn two-way calendar sync off and the page offers 16 — the extra two being a school run and a supervision session that live in somebody's personal calendar. That is how double bookings actually happen, and it is the only claim this product makes.
No, and the difference matters once more than one person shares a diary. A link books a time. Book checks every clinician's own calendar as the page is drawn, holds a deposit, sends the reminder ladder, notices the no-show, and puts the whole thing on a customer record in Relate that already has the history.
It is designed to help; no outcome is guaranteed. Nothing stops them, and any vendor quoting you a percentage is guessing about your business. What Book will show you is your own no-show rate before and after, from your own diary, and deposits are one possible approach to test.
No. Book schedules, reminds, takes a deposit and files the visit. Clinical charting, insurance claims and a point of sale are not built and are not planned. A dental practice needs a dental PMS and should keep it.
Proposed: free for one staff calendar with unlimited bookings, then $19 a month for the whole business with unlimited staff calendars, and $39 for several locations. Nothing is charged until Book ships.
What the booking touches on its way through: the record, the deposit, the reminder and the room.
The proposed shared record connects these products as they launch. Follow each product page for its current stage.
Wave 2 is the next build after the live tools. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement — and tell us what your no-show rate is today, because that is the number we intend to move.
