What Spend is
Spend is the end of the receipt shoebox. Photograph a receipt, and it is read, categorised and matched to a policy; a manager approves on their phone; the reimbursement joins the payroll run in Pay and the entry lands in Ledger.
Vendor bills follow the same path.
What it does

How Celia runs it
Celia reads the receipt, categorises it, checks it against policy and flags duplicates. A manager approves; nothing is paid without a person.
