SHARED MEMORY / SELECTIVE ACCESS

The thread continues.
The boundaries stay.

Memory should carry useful context forward, not make every record visible to everyone.

01 / CONTEXT

What has already been decided.

Keep the relevant agreement, latest decision and source together. An old note is not automatically the current truth.

02 / PERMISSION

Only what belongs in this task.

Role and record permissions come first. Credentials and unrelated private records do not become shared business context.

03 / REVIEW

A proposal you can inspect.

Show the prepared action, the evidence and the missing information. A person checks what will reach somebody else.

THE DESIGN STANDARD

Confidence comes
from what you can check.

Celia should make the next decision easier—not hide how it was reached.

01

Show the source, not just the sentence.

The intended workflow keeps supporting records beside the proposal so the reviewer can check dates, versions and meaning.

02

Say what is missing.

If the current terms, permission or source are missing, the right next step is a question. The sample above demonstrates that boundary.

03

Keep approval attached to the actual action.

A draft is not permission to send. A changed draft needs another review; the person, recipient and destination still matter.

04

Distinguish the direction from the release.

This page explains the Celia experience being designed. Product pages identify what exists, what is proposed and what still needs confirmation.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Direct answers.

The details, when you need them.

01

What is Celia?

Celia is Centilio’s AI direction: intelligence inside the tools, informed by permitted business context, with people reviewing consequential actions.

02

Is this a working AI session?

No. The examples are prewritten design demonstrations. They do not connect to your account, read files, run an AI model or send anything.

03

Is shared memory the same as access to everything?

No. Shared context must remain subject to the relevant record, role and product permissions. A useful answer is not a reason to widen access.

04

What can I use today?

Check each product’s release status and current application. The cross-tool Celia workflows shown here are a design direction, not a claim that every workflow has shipped.

05

Can Celia be wrong?

Yes. AI output needs review. The intended experience makes sources, missing information and the proposed action visible instead of promising perfect answers.
