The campaign tool
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact. Charges you for storing contacts. Cannot do outbound. Newsletters and nurture
One audience. A message worth sending. Every reply remembered. Pulse brings campaigns and outreach together—with Celia preparing and you approving.
Centilio Pulse is email marketing software for a growing business: campaigns, sequences and cold outreach on one list, one domain and one sending reputation — not two products that do not know about each other. Celia drafts in your voice, picks the send time, and reads the replies as they arrive, classifying each one onto the right customer record in Relate. Priced per business by what you send: free for 1,000 emails a month, then $19 — and contacts are never counted.

Pulse has not shipped. These screens, features and prices are proposals, not an app or beta. Email Outreach is described in the source as its precursor—not the full Pulse product. See the product directory for current stages.
Try a fictional audience, edit the draft, review the exact message and simulate the response. Suppressed contacts are excluded. Nothing is emailed and no customer record changes.
Fictional dataset only. No email, DNS check or Relate update happens here.

One list, one domain, one sender reputation — and $67 a month across two products with two suppression lists that do not know about each other. Pulse does both halves
The price climbs with your list, whether or not you send more Metered on sending; contacts unlimited
Open rate, inflated by machines pre-fetching the pixel Replies first; opens labelled as estimates
Somebody answered, and it lives in one person's inbox Classified onto the customer record in Relate
A campaign tool and an outreach tool, two suppression lists One list, one domain, one reputation
Celia writes three subject lines and a body from what you have actually sent before rather than from a template library, suggests the segment, and picks the send time from when those people have replied in the past. Then it reads the replies as they arrive and classifies each one — interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe — onto the right customer record in Relate.
It also does the unpopular thing: when a segment is too cold or a subject too weak, it says so and recommends a smaller send. It never sends by itself, never emails anyone without approval, and never scores a person.
A broadcast to a segment, in your branding, with a drag-and-drop editor and a plain-text version that is not an afterthought.
FreeEvery segment carries the sentence explaining why it exists. "Opened something in 90 days" is a segment; "Everyone" is a habit.
FreeFour emails, then nothing. The sequence ends the moment somebody replies — including a reply that says no — and when they book, sign or are marked lost in Relate.
ProRamped, capped and warmed, on a domain you own. Not a shared blasting pool, and not five thousand on day one.
ProRotate across as many sending addresses as you have, at no extra cost, because charging per mailbox is a tax on doing outbound properly.
BusinessTwo subjects, a real split, and the answer reported against replies rather than opens.
ProReceipts, resets and confirmations over API on the same authenticated domain, kept apart from marketing so one cannot poison the other.
BusinessIncluding Free. We meter what we send, never what you store. Nobody should pay more for remembering a customer.
FreeProposed approach: authenticate first, preserve suppressions, and increase volume only as relevant delivery and complaint evidence supports it. There is no fixed warmup or migration duration that guarantees inbox placement.
It also refuses a list it can tell you bought. That costs us signups, and we are keeping it, because one bought list damages the reputation of everyone else sending from the platform.

No. Pulse has not shipped and there is no beta. The source describes Email Outreach as a precursor; it does not establish availability of the proposed Pulse feature set.
Pulse is not available. The historical source compares existing campaign and outreach tools; check their current capabilities and prices directly before choosing.
Because they are one list, one domain and one sending reputation. The market splits them in two and a small business ends up paying twice — $20 a month for Mailchimp and $47 for Instantly is $67 for two halves of one job — with two suppression lists that do not know about each other. That is the whole argument for Pulse.
A reply can carry customer context beyond an open event. Opens can be affected by background content loading, and replies can be automated too; both need careful interpretation.
The proposed product drafts messages, suggests relevant audiences and helps review replies in shared customer context. The demo uses fixed examples, not a live AI model, and never sends autonomously.
Per business, not per seat and not per contact: free with 1,000 emails a month, $19 for 25,000, $39 for 100,000 — with unlimited contacts on every plan including Free. Prices are proposed and may move before launch; if they do, this page will say so.
The React component runs with fictional data in this page. Review and approval simulate the campaign only. No email, DNS query, real unsubscribe or Relate update occurs.
No. Pulse tries to detect a purchased list at import and refuses it. This costs us signups and we are keeping it, because one bought list damages the sending reputation of everyone else on the platform.
