Start with the work you need to do. Compare the trade-offs, read the evidence, and keep the tool that fits. Pulse is still a proposed product.
Why we compare before launch
Pulse is not built, so every one of these comparisons ends with a row the others do not have: theirs ships today and ours does not. Two of them we recommend outright — Klaviyo if you run a shop, Instantly if outbound is your whole business — and we say so on their pages. We think the design is better for a business that does both halves of email on one list, and we would rather argue that in public on published list prices than wait until launch to be evaluated.
Five comparisonsNo automatic winnerResearch: September 2026
Historical comparison from Fable’s September 2026 research, not a current vendor quote. Confirm current provider features, prices, currency and billing periods. Pulse is unbuilt.

Pulse has not shipped. These screens, features and prices are proposals, not an app or beta. Email Outreach is described in the source as its precursor—not the full Pulse product. See the product directory for current stages.

Centilio Pulse vs Mailchimp
Compare audience growth, sending allowances and the proposed shared customer record.
Read the September 2026 research note
The price climbs with your contact list whether or not you send more email, and the free plan is now 250 contacts and 500 emails a month with a 250-a-day cap.
Look closely at store workflows, product context and what your business actually needs.

Klaviyo is the best ecommerce email product there is, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If your business is a shop with a product feed, abandoned carts and back-in-stock alerts, buy Klaviyo. Centilio Pulse is for the business that is not a shop: campaigns, sequences and cold outreach on one list, metered on sending, with every reply landing on a customer record.
Compare campaign workflows and what is included at the size of your audience.

Constant Contact has no free plan at all — a trial only — and its paid tiers start at $12, $35 and $80 a month at the smallest contact tier, rising as your list grows.
Separate a focused outreach workflow from the broader campaign-and-customer brief.

Instantly is built for one job and does it well: high-volume cold outreach, from $47 a month for 5,000 emails on Growth to $97 for 125,000 on Hypergrowth and $358 on Lightspeed, with unlimited email accounts throughout.
The proposed Pulse plans meter emails sent, not contacts stored. Compare the cost at your actual sending volume.
One list does both jobs
Pulse is designed to bring campaigns and outreach into shared customer context. That connection is a proposal, not a working integration.
Replies, not opens
The proposed reporting leads with replies. Opens remain estimates; background loading and automated replies both need context.

Are these prices current?+
These are historical September 2026 research notes, not live quotes. Check the vendor’s current pricing page, currency, limits and billing period before deciding.
