Every feature, and which plan it lives on.
Sending, the list, deliverability, Celia and what it connects to: the whole of Centilio Pulse on one page, with the screens. Most of it is on Free or Pro at $19 a month for the whole business, and contacts are unlimited on every plan including Free. What is not in the first release says after launch , and nothing here is running yet.
Product design preview · Pulse has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Pulse has not shipped. These screens, features and prices are proposals, not an app or beta. Email Outreach is described in the source as its precursor—not the full Pulse product. See the product directory for current stages.
5 feature groups
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchCampaigns, sequences and cold outreach on one list.
Sending
Read capabilities
- Campaigns and newsletters. A broadcast to a segment, in your branding, with a drag-and-drop editor and a plain-text version that is not an afterthought. Free
- Segments with a reason. Every segment carries the sentence explaining why it exists. "Opened something in 90 days" is a segment; "Everyone" is a habit. Free
- Sequences that stop. Four emails, then nothing. The sequence ends the moment somebody replies — including a reply that says no — and when they book, sign or are marked lost in Relate. Pro
- Cold outreach on your own domain. Ramped, capped and warmed, on a domain you own. Not a shared blasting pool, and not five thousand on day one. Pro
- Unlimited mailboxes. Rotate across as many sending addresses as you have, at no extra cost, because charging per mailbox is a tax on doing outbound properly. Business
- A/B on subject and send time. Two subjects, a real split, and the answer reported against replies rather than opens. Pro
- Transactional sending. Receipts, resets and confirmations over API on the same authenticated domain, kept apart from marketing so one cannot poison the other. Business
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchUnlimited contacts, honest growth, absolute suppression.
The list
Read capabilities
- Unlimited contacts, on every plan. Including Free. We meter what we send, never what you store. Nobody should pay more for remembering a customer. Free
- Import with a check, not a wizard. Fifty rows first, looked at properly, then the rest. Bad addresses are flagged before they cost you a reputation. Free
- Suppression that is absolute. One unsubscribe list across campaigns, sequences and outreach — and it reaches into Relate, so a person who opts out cannot be emailed from the CRM either. Free
- Purchased lists refused. Pulse tries to detect a bought list at import and will not send to it. This costs us signups. It protects everybody else on the platform. Free
- Forms and landing pages. A signup form and a page to put it on, so a list can be grown honestly. Through Ask and Site when they open. Pro · after launch
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchAuthentication, warmup, and the thresholds that actually matter.
Deliverability
Read capabilities
- Domain authentication, explained. SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked and written in English, with the exact DNS records and what each one is for. Free
- Proposed approach: authenticate first, preserve suppressions, and increase volume only as relevant delivery and complaint evidence supports it. There is no fixed warmup or migration duration that guarantees inbox placement.
- Real thresholds, not green ticks. Complaint and bounce rates against each provider’s published requirements, with the distance to each shown. Free
- Bounce hygiene. Hard bounces are removed automatically, soft bounces are retried and then retired. A list that is not cleaned is a reputation being spent. Free
- Dedicated IP. For senders with the volume to keep one warm — and a plain warning when your volume is too low to benefit. Business · after launch
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchDrafts, times, reads the replies — and tells you not to send.
Celia
Read capabilities
- Celia drafts in your voice. Three subject lines and a body drawn from what you have actually sent before, not a template library. You edit and approve; it never sends by itself. Free
- Celia reads the replies. Interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe — classified as they arrive and written onto the customer record in Relate. Pro
- Celia picks the send time. From when this segment has replied before, in their timezone, not from a blog post about Tuesdays. Pro
- Celia says when not to send. The uncomfortable one: it will tell you a segment is too cold or a subject too weak, and recommend a smaller send. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchRelate, reports, approvals, export.
Connected
Read capabilities
- Replies on the customer record. Every reply becomes a conversation in Relate, on the right customer, with the campaign that caused it attached. Free
- Reports that lead with replies. What was sent, who answered, what it became. Opens are shown, labelled as estimates, and never at the top. Free
- Approvals before a big send. Anything above a threshold you set waits for a second pair of eyes. Sending to eight thousand people is a decision, not a click. Business
- API and webhooks. Contacts, segments, sends and reply events, so the things we have not thought of are still possible. Business
- Full export, any time. Every contact, every campaign, every reply, on every plan including Free. No notice period and no phone call. Free
- WhatsApp campaigns. In India this is the same purchase as email, and a tool that ignores it is written for an American reader. Planned, and not in the first release. Pro · after launch
- SMS. Where it is the channel that gets read. After launch, and priced at cost plus nothing clever. Pro · after launch

About the features.
What does "at launch" and "after launch" mean here?
"At launch" is in the first release as designed. "After launch" is planned and not in the first release: WhatsApp campaigns, SMS, a dedicated IP, and forms and landing pages through Ask and Site. We are not giving dates we cannot keep.
Is there really no contact limit on the free plan?
No limit, on any plan including Free. You are metered on emails sent, because that is the thing that costs us money. A list of eight thousand people you email twice a year should not cost more than a list of eight hundred you email every week, under contact-metered pricing.
What stops a sequence?
A reply of any kind, including one that says no. Also: booking in Book, signing in Sign, being marked lost in Relate, unsubscribing, or reaching the fourth email. There is no fifth email, and there is no setting to add one.
Can I do proper cold outreach, or is this a newsletter tool with a sequence bolted on?
Proposed approach: authenticate first, preserve suppressions, and increase volume only as relevant delivery and complaint evidence supports it. There is no fixed warmup or migration duration that guarantees inbox placement.
Does it do ecommerce automation — abandoned cart, product feeds?
No. That is Klaviyo's territory and they are genuinely excellent at it. If your business is a Shopify store, buy Klaviyo.
Does it do a visual journey builder?
Not in the first release. Sequences with a stop condition, yes; a canvas with forty branches, no. Most of those canvases are built once and never looked at again.
Where do the replies go?
Onto the customer record in Relate, classified, with the campaign that caused them attached. That is the connection the whole product is designed around, and it is why Pulse and Relate are being built in the same wave.

These proposed connections depend on the participating products launching. No shared-record service is operating in this preview.
