In contact-metered plans the price climbs as your list grows, whether or not you send a single email more than last year. Pulse meters emails sent, because sending is the thing that costs us money: $19 a month for 25,000 emails, $39 for 100,000, free for 1,000 — with unlimited contacts and unlimited seats on every plan including Free , and no onboarding fee proposed. Billed in US dollars through Stripe; annual rates are proposed monthly equivalents billed for 12 months. These prices are proposed — Pulse is not built and nothing is being charged.

Look at the second row. Three of the five meter you on contacts stored or profiles stored — a number that grows on its own while your sending does not. That is the row we would draw your attention to.

Because the meters are honestly different. What a CRM costs to run scales with the people selling in it; what an email tool costs to run scales with the emails, not with how many people can log in. So Relate is per seat and Pulse is per business with unlimited seats, and each is priced on the thing that actually varies.
Because storing a contact costs us almost nothing and sending to them costs us something real. Charging for storage punishes exactly the behaviour you should want — keeping a clean, complete list and emailing it deliberately — and rewards deleting customers to duck a tier.

Mailchimp's free plan is 250 contacts and 500 emails a month with a 250-a-day cap; Klaviyo's is 250 profiles and 500 sends; MailerLite's is 250 subscribers; Constant Contact has no free plan at all. Pulse Free is unlimited contacts and 1,000 emails a month with no daily cap.

Zoho Campaigns is cheaper at every tier and its free plan sends six times what ours does. Brevo also meters by sending rather than contacts and starts lower. If price alone decides it, those are the honest answers and both are good products.

No. The Centilio mark is on free-plan emails and comes off on any paid plan. It is never a separate line item — Brevo charges for removing theirs on the Starter plan, and that is the kind of thing that makes a cheap plan expensive.

The send pauses and tells you, and you can top up or move a tier. Nothing is sent that you did not authorise and nothing is billed as a surprise overage. Constant Contact charges $0.002 per extra send automatically; we would rather stop and ask.
USD and INR are separate proposed regional prices. Nothing is billed while Pulse is unbuilt; final billing arrangements and applicable taxes will be confirmed at launch.
They are proposed. Pulse is not built, so nothing is being charged and nothing is being promised at a price we have not tested. If they move before launch, this page will say what changed and when.
Yes — Pulse sits beside Relate and Bill in the demand anchor for Centilio One, and the intention is that One includes Pulse Business.
