A video conferencing integration with the work around the call.
A call is rarely the point; the booking before it and the record after it are. Meet is designed to take rooms from Book and Connect and hand the outcome to Relate, Track and Drive, inside one Centilio login. Each connection below carries its status today.
Product design preview · Meet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Meet is not available yet. Everything on this page — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Meet as designed, in the third wave of Centilio tools. Nothing is charged until it ships; join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Integrated video conferencing, inside Centilio first.
Integrated video conferencing means the call knows where it came from and where its record goes. These are the Centilio tools Meet is designed to work with.
Statuses are today’s: Drive and Account are live, Book, Relate and Track are in the wave being built next, Connect arrives in the same wave as Meet, and Assist comes later.
Book · coming next
The booking becomes the room, and the invite carries the link. Book is in the wave being built next.
Connect · on the way
A thread in team chat becomes a call, and the approved notes come back to the thread. Connect arrives in the same wave as Meet.
Relate · coming next
The summary, decisions and next steps land on the customer record, beside every earlier call.
Track · coming next
Decisions and actions become tasks on the project, with an owner and a date.
Drive · available now
Recordings and transcripts are stored in your Drive under your roles.
Account · available now
One login, and the roles that decide who may host, record and read.
Assist · later
A support call that needs a closer look is designed to hand over to Assist for remote support.
From the booking to the record, step by step.
Each connection is designed, not built. The table says what moves, and in which direction.
| From | To | What moves |
|---|---|---|
| Book | Meet | The booking becomes a room; the link goes in the invite |
| Connect | Meet | A thread becomes a call; the approved notes come back to the thread |
| Meet | Relate | Summary, decisions and next steps on the customer record |
| Meet | Track | Decisions and actions as tasks on the project, with owners and dates |
| Meet | Drive | Recording and transcript, stored under your roles |
| Account | Meet | One login, and who may host, record and read |
| Meet | Assist | A support call handed over for remote support, later |
Other tools: only what we can promise.
An integrated video conferencing system is only as honest as its list of connections, so ours is short.
Meet is designed so you can keep another meeting tool and still let Celia file the notes. Which tools, and how, will be confirmed before launch; we will not list a connection here until it works.
Business is proposed to include an API and webhooks, so your own systems can receive the approved notes. If there is a tool you cannot work without, tell us — it shapes the order we build in.
What the call needs from your network.
An internet connection for video conferencing matters more than the app you choose.
- A wired connection or a strong Wi-Fi signal beats a weak signal on a faster plan
- Upload speed matters as much as download: your video goes out as well as in
- Pause big uploads and backups during a call
- If the picture freezes, turn your video off first: sound needs far less
- Use headphones to stop echo
About connecting things.
Does Meet work with my calendar?
Bookings come through Book, which is designed with two-way calendar sync, so the room and its link travel in the invite. Direct calendar connections for Meet on its own will be confirmed before launch.
Can I keep my current meeting tool?
Yes. Meet is designed so you can keep using another tool and still let Celia file the notes. Which tools, and how, will be confirmed before launch.
Where do the notes go?
To the customer in Relate or the project in Track, once a person approves them. The recording and transcript go to your Drive under your roles.
Is there an API?
Business is proposed to include an API and webhooks, so your own systems can receive approved notes. Details will be published with the product.
What does Assist have to do with Meet?
Assist is Centilio’s remote support tool, planned for a later wave. Meet is designed to hand a support call over to Assist when someone needs to see or control a screen.
Do the Centilio connections cost extra?
They are part of the design, not add-ons. Each tool has its own plan inside the same login, and final pricing is confirmed at launch.
Be told when Meet opens.
Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after the tools that are live today and the wave being built next. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement.
