It depends on whether you need only the call or also the record of it. If the call is enough, many free plans will do, and Meet’s Free plan is designed for exactly that; Pro adds the notes filed to the right place.
Because a business should not pay more each time someone new joins a customer call. Every member is included; the plan sets meeting size and features, not head count.
