CENTILIO CONNECT / WORK

A Microsoft Teams chat app alternative for teams that work in their customers, not in Office.

Microsoft Teams brings chat, meetings and files together inside Microsoft 365, and is sold per user, on its own as Teams Essentials or within Microsoft 365 business plans, as of research in 2026. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, it is the natural choice. Connect is a design for small teams whose conversations are about customers and projects, at one proposed price for the business.

Connect has not shipped yet.

Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Connect as designed, not a product you can open today. Connect is in the third wave of Centilio tools: there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet, and we would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish a page that says "coming soon" and nothing else. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.

Where each fits

Choose Microsoft Teams today, or Connect when it ships.

Choose Microsoft Teams if

Your business already runs on Microsoft 365, you want chat, meetings and Office files in one subscription, and you need it today.

Choose Centilio Connect if

Your team's conversations are about customers, projects and documents rather than Office files, you want them on those records, and one price for the business suits you better than a seat each.

If you switch, later

What moving from Microsoft Teams will take.

  1. Keep your Microsoft 365 email and files; Connect does not replace them.
  2. Start with one customer or project in Connect, and keep Teams for the rest.
  3. Bring the active conversations, not the archive.
  4. Run both for a few weeks, then decide which channels move for good.
  5. Invite clients last, as guests, with a note on why.
Questions

About switching.

Is Connect a replacement for Microsoft 365?

No. Connect is team chat. If you need email, Office documents and meetings in one subscription, Microsoft 365 does that. Connect is for chat attached to your customer and project records, beside the other Centilio tools.

Does Connect have video meetings?

Not inside Connect itself. Meetings are designed to come from Meet, another Centilio tool on the way, started from a thread with the summary filed back to the record.

Can we keep using Office files?

Yes. Files are designed to live in Drive and be discussed in Connect; the file format is up to you.

Is the free version of Teams meant for business?

As of research in 2026, Microsoft lists Teams (free) under its home plans, and its business offers are paid per user. Check Microsoft's current plans before deciding.

When can I try Connect?
