Does Connect do video calls?
Not inside Connect itself. Meetings are designed to come from Meet, another Centilio tool on the way, started from a thread with the summary filed back to the record.
Why choose Connect if Zoom's chat comes free?
If chat beside your meetings is all you need, Zoom's may be enough. Connect is for teams whose conversations are about customers and projects and need to stay on those records, with a decision one click from a task.
Can I use both?
Yes. Many teams will keep their meeting tool for a while; Connect is designed to run beside it, one team or one customer at a time.
