SIX PRACTICAL GUIDES

Find your next
small step.

Open a guide. Each one is a sequence you can use with the tools you already have.

01Plan a month without starting from blank
  1. Collect useful material: articles, product changes, permitted customer feedback and photos you have the right to use.
  2. Choose a small number of themes that matter to the business this month.
  3. Give each network a version that fits its audience and format.
  4. Place drafts on a calendar and leave gaps where you have nothing useful to add.
  5. Assign a reviewer and revisit the plan when facts change.
02Find the story you already have
  1. Write down a question a customer asked this week.
  2. Show a process or decision, with permission from anyone pictured.
  3. Check the factual details of a product update or offer.
  4. Ask before reusing a customer review or identifying its author.
  5. If there is no useful story, leave the day clear.
03Choose a cadence you can keep
  1. Start with the time and source material you actually have.
  2. Try a sustainable cadence rather than a daily-posting target.
  3. Review audience response over an appropriate period, not a single post.
  4. Increase frequency only when you have more useful material.
04One source, several distinct posts
  1. Keep the source visible so every caption can be checked.
  2. Take a different useful angle for each version.
  3. Choose suitable media, destination links and accessibility text.
  4. Check that stock, dates, quotations and permissions remain current.
  5. Review every network version before scheduling it.
05Give approval a clear owner
  1. Name a reviewer for each brand and a backup for absences.
  2. Agree what needs checking: facts, rights, tone, links and offers.
  3. Show the exact caption and media that would publish.
  4. Return changed content to review rather than inheriting an old approval.
  5. Keep scheduling and publishing separate from the act of approving a draft.
06Move tools without losing the queue
  1. Export what the current tool supports before access ends; retain important reports.
  2. Check media, time zones, dates and duplicates in the destination.
  3. Test the new tool with an authorized account and a low-risk post.
  4. Pause the old queue to avoid duplicate publishing.
  5. Revoke old access only after the replacement is working. Reach is not ready to replace it today.
FOR AGENCIES & FREELANCERS

The client’s voice.
Not the agency template.

A social media management business needs a repeatable process without flattening every client into the same feed.

QUESTIONS / ANSWERED

Before you decide.

The product stage, the boundaries and what happens next.

01

Can I use Reach now?

No. Reach has not shipped yet. These are interactive design examples, not a live product or connected social account.
02

Does Celia publish without approval?

The proposed workflow requires a person to approve the exact network version. Approval does not bypass platform checks or guarantee delivery.
03

Are these prices final?

No. Both USD and INR prices are proposed. No payment is collected here; release scope, taxes and billing terms need confirmation before launch.
04

Does this demonstration save my work?

No. The sample runs in your browser, resets on reload and never contacts a social network. Do not enter private client material.
