Choose Google Sites if
You need a simple site today, often an internal or project one, your team already lives in Google Workspace, and embedding Docs and Sheets matters more than bookings or selling.
Google Sites is free with a Google account and makes it quick to publish a simple site that embeds Docs, Sheets, Forms and Calendar. Site is designed for a business’s public site, drafted from its own records, with forms and bookings that land on the customer record. Site has not shipped; Google Sites has, for years.

Site has not shipped. What you see here — the console, the features, the plans and the prices — is the design for Centilio Site, written down in full so you can judge it before it exists. It belongs to the third wave of Centilio tools, with no beta and no launch date yet. Join the waitlist and you will be told first.
Compared as of research in 2026, on what each tool is, who it is built for and how it charges, rather than on list prices that move. Each vendor’s own page has today’s figures; if this table is out of date, tell us.

You need a simple site today, often an internal or project one, your team already lives in Google Workspace, and embedding Docs and Sheets matters more than bookings or selling.
The site is your public shop window, its services and prices should come from your records, enquiries should land on the customer record, and you can wait for wave 3.
Many teams use Google Sites for an intranet, a project hub or an event page. That can stay where it is.
Site is designed for the public site customers see: the services, the prices, the booking page and the contact form. An internal site full of embedded Docs and Sheets is a different job, and Google Sites does it well today.
Where the two meet is the enquiry. On Site, a form answer or a booking is designed to land on the customer record in Relate with the page that brought it, rather than in a spreadsheet someone has to watch.
As of research in 2026, Google Sites is free with a Google account and included in Google Workspace, whose business plans are priced per user. Check Google’s own page for today’s detail.
That is the design. Site reads the text and images from a site’s public address and rebuilds each page in its own sections, so a Google Sites site can be brought across page by page.
No. Site uses the Centilio Account login and works whatever email and documents you use.
Embedding common content such as a map or a video is part of the design. The full list of what can be embedded will be published when it is decided.
No. Site belongs to the third wave of Centilio tools and has no launch date. The waitlist hears first when that changes.
Yes. Keep Google Sites for an internal or project site and use Site for the public site your customers see.
Site comes in wave 3, after the tools it draws on: Seek for search, Ask for forms, Book for bookings. Join the waitlist for a note before anything is announced. Hire and Account are live in the meantime.
