Choose Centilio Bill if
More than two people touch invoices, you want the quote you signed to become the invoice by itself, and you would rather pay one price for the business.
- Bring the customers. A CSV of customers, addresses, tax registrations and terms — the export FreshBooks already gives you.
- Bring the open invoices only. What is still owed, with its dates. History stays where it is; you do not need two copies of a paid invoice.
- Point the numbering at the right place. Continue your sequence rather than starting at 1 — auditors care, and so does your accountant.
- Keep them for the books. Close the period there, export it, and let Bill take the front of the money from that date on.

Is Centilio Bill a QuickBooks alternative?
For quoting, invoicing, getting paid and chasing, yes, at one price for the business instead of $38 to $340 a month by user count. For double-entry accounting, bank reconciliation and statutory reports, no — QuickBooks does that and we do not.
Is it a FreshBooks alternative?
Yes, and the difference is arithmetic: FreshBooks Premium is $70 a month for one person with $11 for each extra team member; Bill Pro is $19 for the whole business with members free.
Is it a Wave alternative?
Wave's free tier is genuinely good and its Pro is $19. The difference is that Bill is one of six tools sharing a login, and the quote that becomes your invoice was signed in Sign and filed in Drive without an integration.
Is it a Zoho Invoice alternative?
Zoho Invoice is free for 2 users and 500 invoices a year with Zoho's name on your invoice. Bill's free plan is smaller on invoices and bigger on people, and carries your branding, not ours.
