- Quotes and estimates. Build a quote in your brand, send it for signature through Sign, and keep the version the customer actually accepted. Free

About the features.
What does "at launch" and "after launch" mean here?
"At launch" is in the first release as designed. "After launch" is planned and not in the first release: e-invoicing with the IRN, e-way bills, UPI, Razorpay and PayPal. We are not giving dates we cannot keep.
How does a signed quote become an invoice?
Sign tells Bill the envelope completed. Bill drafts an invoice with the quote's lines, dates, tax and terms, and files both documents under the customer in Drive with the signing certificate. A person approves before it goes.
Can I invoice in another currency?
On Pro: invoice in the customer's currency with the exchange rate stamped on the day, and read your own totals in yours.
Can two people work on invoices?
Everyone in the business can, on every plan, because members are free. Who may send, who may only look and who may approve a credit note comes from the roles you set once in Account.
Does it do inventory or a counter POS?
No. If you sell across a counter and need stock, barcodes and a cash drawer, we are the wrong tool and Vyapar or a POS is the right one; we say so on the comparison pages.
