You know without asking
The numbers you chase people for — what was sold, what was paid, what is late — are on one screen, current to the hour, before the Monday meeting starts.
Insight is the owner’s screen: what came in, what went out, what is late, who is busy and what changed since last week. It is designed to read from every Centilio tool, so there is nothing to connect, and to answer questions in plain language with the numbers and where they came from. Priced per business, not per seat: free to start, then ₹799 a month for everyone (proposed).
Product design preview · Insight has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Insight has not shipped. What you see here — the console, the features, the plans and the prices — is the design, written down in full so you can judge it before it exists. It sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, with no app, no beta and no date yet; a first version is planned to arrive with Centilio One. Join the waitlist and you will be told before anyone else. Account, the login every Centilio tool shares, is live today, and Insight is designed to use it from the first day.
This is the Insight console as designed, running on a fictional business: this week’s sales, cash in the bank, invoices owed, projects running late and tickets waiting, each with its change since last week. Ask it a question and it answers with the figure, the records behind it and the time they were read. The screen is a design; the product behind it is not built.
Three things owners say they want from a small business dashboard, and what Insight is designed to give them.
Most analytics tools start with an empty canvas and a list of connectors. Someone has to decide what to measure, connect each source, match the fields, draw the charts and then keep all of it working when a tool changes. In a business of twelve people that someone is usually the owner, late in the evening, and the dashboard is out of date by the time it is finished.
Insight starts from the other end. Every Centilio tool already shares one record of the business, so the numbers arrive joined: a deal won in Relate is the invoice in Bill, the payment in Ledger and the project in Track. Insight is designed to open on the reports every business needs, to learn which ones you actually look at, and to answer the rest when you ask.
The numbers you chase people for — what was sold, what was paid, what is late — are on one screen, current to the hour, before the Monday meeting starts.
No more pasting exports into a workbook on Sunday night. The report you used to build by hand is designed to build itself from the records and stay current.
When cash, sales or a backlog moves more than it normally does, you hear about it that week, with the reason, not at month end.
Celia writes the weekly summary, explains why a number moved, and warns you before a trend becomes a problem. It shows its sources every time.
Ask Celia why margin fell in October and the answer is designed to come back as a short paragraph, two or three figures and links to the records behind them: the large invoices still unpaid, the supplier bill that arrived early, the project that ran forty hours over. When an answer rests on an estimate, it says so; when your records cannot answer the question, it says that too.
Celia reads; it does not change anything. It never edits a record, never sends a summary to anyone you have not chosen and never shares a view on its own. It prepares the explanation and the warning, and the person who owns the number decides what to do.
25 features, each designed and placed on a proposed plan. None of them is running yet.

Business intelligence for small business usually means hiring an analyst or becoming one. Insight is designed for the people who need the answer, not the tooling.
Insight is not built for data teams modelling a warehouse. If your business has one, it will keep its specialist tools, and Insight can still be the screen the owner opens on Monday.
The whole business on one screen: what came in, what went out, what is owed and what is late. A five-line summary on Monday, and a plain answer whenever you ask.
Your team’s numbers without waiting for someone to send a report: deals in the pipeline, projects at risk, tickets waiting. On Business, each manager gets a summary of their own numbers only.
A read-only view of the figures you need at month end and year end, without asking a client for logins to five different tools.
A shared view of the numbers the owner agreed to share, current every time you open it, and nothing beyond it.
Every Centilio tool shares one record and one login, so inside Centilio there is nothing to connect. Account is live today; the others arrive in their own waves, and Insight reads each one as it ships.
Data from outside Centilio is designed to come in through Loop connectors, also in the third wave, and through spreadsheet imports. Outside tools will be named on these pages only once they exist.
One login, and the roles that decide who sees which numbers.
Pipeline, deals won and lost, new customers and where they came from.
Invoiced, paid and owed, and how long each customer takes to pay.
Projects on time and late, hours booked, and who is busy.
Cash in the bank, profit, expenses and the month-end close.
Tickets open, first-reply times and what customers ask about most.
The owner’s screen holds the most sensitive numbers in the business. Insight is designed so they stay with the people allowed to see them.
Proposed, in rupees; paying yearly saves about 20%. Nothing is charged until Insight ships.
Free for up to three people, then Pro at ₹799 a month for the whole business and Business at ₹1,999 for several entities, manager summaries and a view log. People who only read a shared view never count.

No. Insight has not shipped: there is no app, no beta and no date yet. The console on this page is the design running on a fictional business. Join the waitlist to be told first.
No, that is the design. Insight starts with the reports every business needs — sales, cash, owed, late, busy — and learns which ones you open. You can add your own, but you never have to.
Yes, through Loop connectors and spreadsheet imports. Loop is in the same third wave as Insight, so outside connectors will be listed when they exist, not before.
A general BI tool gives you connectors and a blank canvas, and someone has to build the reports and keep them working. Insight is designed to start already connected to your Centilio records, with the reports built, and to answer in plain language. It is narrower than a BI tool, and meant to be.
No. Celia writes the weekly summary, explains why a number moved and warns you about trends, always with its sources. It never changes a record or shares a view by itself; what happens next is your call.
Yes, that is the design. Share a read-only view of the figures they need; they see that view and nothing else, and you can withdraw it at any time. People who only read a shared view never count towards your plan.
Insight is in the third wave of Centilio tools, and a first version is planned to ship with Centilio One. There is no date yet, and none will be published until it can be kept.
The proposed price is per business, not per seat: Free for up to three people, then Pro at ₹799 a month and Business at ₹1,999 a month. Nothing is charged until Insight ships.
Insight arrives in the third wave, reading from the tools that hold your numbers as each one ships. Join the waitlist and you will be told before the announcement; until then, Account, Sign and Drive are live and ready to use.
