Holds: your views and tiles
The dashboard layout, the questions you saved and the alert lines you set.
The owner’s screen holds the numbers a business guards most: cash, margins, pay and what customers owe. Insight is designed to read those records without changing them, to show each person only what their role allows, and never to use them to train anything. None of it is running yet; this page is the design, and it will be rewritten with what is true and dated when Insight ships.
Product design preview · Insight has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Insight has not shipped. What you see here — the console, the features, the plans and the prices — is the design, written down in full so you can judge it before it exists. It sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, with no app, no beta and no date yet; a first version is planned to arrive with Centilio One. Join the waitlist and you will be told before anyone else.
Insight is designed to read the records of a business and keep very little of its own. Here is what it holds and what it never does.
The dashboard layout, the questions you saved and the alert lines you set.
With the answers given and the records they used, so an answer can be checked later.
Every shared view, who it went to, when, and when it was withdrawn.
Insight reads. It does not edit, delete or send anything in the tools it reads from.
A figure built from records you cannot read is not shown to you, or to Celia on your behalf.
No data of yours is used to train any model, inside Centilio or outside it.
Who sees which numbers is decided once, in Account, the login every Centilio tool shares.
There is no separate list of people to keep for Insight. A manager who can see the pipeline in Relate sees it in Insight; one who cannot see payroll in Ledger does not see it here either. When someone leaves and is removed in Account, their access to every view ends at the same moment.
Every shared view is recorded with who shared it, with whom and when. On Business, shared links can expire on a date you set, and each opening of a view is logged.
An assistant that could read past your role would turn every question into a leak. Celia is designed so it cannot.
When you ask Celia a question, it reads the records your role allows and nothing else, so two people asking the same question can rightly get different answers. Each answer lists its sources and the time they were read.
Celia does not change records, send summaries to anyone you did not choose or share views by itself. Its explanations are explanations; what to do about them stays with you.
Insight is designed to run on the same platform that already serves Account, Sign and Drive.
Numbers are designed to be encrypted in transit and at rest, inside your organisation’s space, with multi-factor sign-in and device rules from Account. No certification is claimed for Insight, because a product that is not built has nothing to certify. When Insight ships, this page will say what is true and when it was checked.
Insight does not exist yet, so there is nothing running to secure or certify. This page describes the design, and it will be replaced with what is true and dated on the day Insight ships.
No. Insight is designed to be read-only: it reads from your Centilio tools and never edits, deletes or sends anything in them.
The roles you set in Account decide it. A sales manager can see the pipeline without the payroll, while an owner sees everything. A number built from records you cannot read is not shown to you.
No. No data of yours is used to train any model. Celia reads your records to answer you, inside your organisation’s space, and nowhere else.
Yes, that is the design. Any shared view can be withdrawn at once, and on Business a link can expire on a date you set, with every opening logged.
In your Centilio account, designed to be encrypted in transit and at rest, under roles you control and exportable at any time. Regional residency is proposed on Enterprise.
No, and none will be claimed for a product that is not built. Anything true and dated will be published here once there is something to say.
Insight arrives in the third wave, reading from the tools that hold your numbers as each one ships. Join the waitlist and you will be told before the announcement; until then, Account, Sign and Drive are live and ready to use.
