Keeps: every published version
Each version of each page, who changed it and who approved it.
A website is where a business first collects someone’s name, email or phone number, often before it has met them. Site is designed so the privacy notice, the cookie choice and the consent on each form are drafted for you to review, form answers are encrypted and kept on the customer record, and only the roles you set in Account can see them. None of it is running yet, and nothing here is a certification.
Product design preview · Site has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Site has not shipped. What you see here — the console, the features, the plans and the prices — is the design for Centilio Site, written down in full so you can judge it before it exists. It belongs to the third wave of Centilio tools, with no beta and no launch date yet. Join the waitlist and you will be told first.
A website is the first place many people hand your business their details. The design starts from what Site should never do with them.
Each version of each page, who changed it and who approved it.
Form answers, bookings and chats filed on the customer, not left in an inbox.
What a visitor agreed to, stored next to what they submitted.
Celia drafts. A person approves, and the approval is recorded.
No visitor data sold, shared for advertising or used to train anything.
Form answers are visible only to the roles you allow in Account.
Being legal online is mostly a handful of plain notices kept true. Site is designed to draft them and keep them in step with what the site collects.
Celia drafts each notice from what the site actually does, and you or your adviser approve it. Site gives no legal advice; it helps you keep the notices you have chosen accurate when the site changes.
If you run a law practice, the same applies: Site is designed for any small business, practices included, with the notices and approvals your profession expects kept on the record.
Who may edit, approve, publish or read form answers comes from Account, the same login and roles as every Centilio tool.
There is no separate list of people to keep in step. When someone leaves and is removed in Account, they lose access to every site at once.
Every published version is kept with its author and time. On Business, a page can require a named approver before it goes live, and the whole trail can be exported.
An assistant that can change a public page on its own is a risk to the business. Celia is designed never to do so.
Celia reads the records the person asking is allowed to read, and drafts from those. Every fact on a drafted page is linked to where it came from, so the approver can check a price or an address before it goes live.
It never publishes, never deletes a page and never changes a record in Relate, Book or Hire. Its suggestions stay suggestions until a person accepts them, and the page history shows which words were drafted by Celia and who approved them.
Site is designed to run on the platform that already serves the live Centilio tools.
Pages are designed to be served over HTTPS with the certificate handled for you, form answers encrypted in transit and at rest, and MFA and device rules applied from Account. We claim no certification for Site, because there is no running product to audit. When there is something true and dated to say, this page will say it.
There is no Site running today, so there is nothing yet to secure, test or certify. This page sets out the design, and it will be rewritten with what is true and dated when Site ships.
Celia is designed to draft a privacy notice and a cookie notice from what your site actually collects, for you or your adviser to review. It is a draft to check, not legal advice.
Onto the customer record in Relate, or into Ask if you do not use Relate, encrypted and visible only to the roles you allow in Account. They are not emailed around as plain text.
No. Nothing your visitors submit, and nothing of yours, is used to train anything. Celia reads your pages and records only to serve your business, inside your own space.
No. Celia drafts and suggests; a person approves every change before it goes live. On Business, a named approver can be required for every page.
Only when it needs one. Site is designed to ask visitors for consent when the site uses cookies that require it, and to keep its own pages free of advertising trackers.
No, and none is claimed for a product that has not shipped. When there is something true and dated to say, it will appear on this page with its date.
Site comes in wave 3, after the tools it draws on: Seek for search, Ask for forms, Book for bookings. Join the waitlist for a note before anything is announced. Hire and Account are live in the meantime.
