What does Team cost?
The published list price is USD $5 (in dollars) per user per month. This page uses that figure; confirm the current quote, taxes, payment currency and billing terms before purchasing.
How is the annual estimate calculated?
The public pricing page states a 10% annual discount. The illustration multiplies $5 (in dollars) by the number of users and twelve months, then applies that discount. Ten users are estimated at $540 (in dollars) per year before taxes.
Is self-hosting completely free?
The published software fee is free. Infrastructure, administration, security updates, backups, monitoring and support can still have costs. Confirm current source access and deployment documentation.
Are SSO and provisioning included?
Confirm the exact identity capabilities and release status in writing. The public pricing and integration pages do not present all rollout stages consistently; a pricing card is not evidence that a beta or roadmap capability is enabled.
Can we move between hosted and self-hosted?
Discuss the supported migration process, versions, export format and operational handover. Test a non-sensitive sample and restore before making a commitment.
Does this calculator start a subscription?
No. It is a local planning tool. It does not submit a request, connect to billing or create an account.
