Choose Acuity Scheduling if
You want one polished product that works this afternoon, you are inside the calendar band you are paying for, and Squarespace already runs your website.
Acuity Scheduling, now part of Squarespace, is $20 (in dollars) a month for one calendar, $34 (in dollars) for up to six and $61 (in dollars) for up to thirty-six, with proposed annual rates annually ($16 (in dollars), $27 (in dollars) and $49 (in dollars)). It is polished and it has been doing this for years. The meter is the calendar band, so your second staff member and your seventh both cost you a plan change. Book includes every staff calendar on one price.

Book is not available yet. These are proposed screens, features and prices—not a beta or a live booking service. The interactive diary uses fictional data; no appointment, message, deposit or customer record leaves this page.
List prices as published on the vendor's public pages on 7 September 2026. Check their page for today's figure and tell us if we are out of date. Calendly, Acuity, Setmore, Cal.com, Square and SimplyBook.me bill Indian businesses in dollars, so their figures stay in dollars here; ours are in rupees.

You want one polished product that works this afternoon, you are inside the calendar band you are paying for, and Squarespace already runs your website.
You are about to cross a calendar band, or you want the booking to carry a deposit into an invoice and land on a customer record shared with the rest of your tools.
They are meant to be. Every price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 7 September 2026 and each page says plainly when the other tool is the better buy — which for a single user is most of them.
Zoho Bookings, on logic: another suite, another "it is already next to your CRM" argument. It is priced per user and it works today; Book is priced per business and does not exist yet.
Cal.com if you are one person, Setmore if you are up to four, Acuity if you want one polished thing and do not mind the calendar bands, Square if you are a salon that already takes card payments on Square.
What the booking touches on its way through: the record, the deposit, the reminder and the room.
The proposed shared record connects these products as they launch. Follow each product page for its current stage.
Wave 2 is the next build after the live tools. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement — and tell us what your no-show rate is today, because that is the number we intend to move.
