Calendly Teams, 8 people, billed in dollars

$128 a month, because the plan is the seat Book Pro: ₹799, everybody included

Acuity Premium, 8 calendars, billed in dollars

$61 a month, because the eighth calendar does not fit Standard Book Pro: ₹799, unlimited calendars

Square Appointments Plus, 3 shops, billed in dollars

$147 a month, because the meter is the location Book Business: ₹1,599 for all three

SimplyBook.me Standard, 500 bookings, billed in dollars

$29.90 a month, and a good month moves you up a tier Book Pro: ₹799, bookings never counted

Where Book is not the cheapest

One person should probably not buy this.

If you are a single consultant taking your own bookings, the free tiers in this category are excellent and you should use one. Cal.com gives one user unlimited event types and calendars for nothing. Setmore is free for up to four users with unlimited appointments, and $5 (in dollars) per user a month on annual billing after that. Calendly Standard is $10 (in dollars) a seat and Acuity Starter is $16 (in dollars) to $20 (in dollars).

Book's argument begins at the second person who shares a diary, and it gets stronger with every one after that. Below that line we would rather say so than sell you something.

Centilio Book against what Indian clinics, salons and studios actually shortlist.

List prices as published on the vendors' public pages on 7 September 2026. Check each vendor's page for today's figure and tell us if we are out of date.

Zoho Bookings publishes local pricing as we do; Calendly, Acuity, Cal.com, Setmore, Square and SimplyBook.me bill Indian businesses in dollars, so their figures stay in dollars.

Questions

About the price.

Why is it not priced per seat?

Because the receptionist, the six stylists and the owner are eight seats and one front desk, and charging eight times for one front desk is how a business goes back to a paper diary. Every staff calendar is included on Pro.

Why not per booking?

A tool that charges you more when you do more of the thing the tool exists for is not on your side. Bookings are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Why not per location?

Locations are what Business is for, not something Pro should be punished by. Square Appointments is $49 (in dollars) per location per month on Plus; Book Business is ₹1,599 for all of them.

Is the free plan actually usable?

Yes: one staff calendar, unlimited bookings, real two-way calendar sync, email reminders and a customer record. A single consultant can run on it permanently. That is deliberate — SimplyBook.me's 50 bookings a month and Calendly's one event type are the two caps that make people distrust free tiers here.

When is Book cheaper than Calendly?

From the second person. Calendly Teams is $16 (in dollars) per seat, so two people are $32 (in dollars) and eight are $128 (in dollars). Book Pro is ₹799 at any of those numbers.

When is Book not the cheapest?

For one person. Setmore is free for up to four users and $5 (in dollars) per user a month on annual billing after that; Cal.com and Calendly both have real free tiers; Acuity Starter is $16 (in dollars) to $20 (in dollars). If you are a solo consultant, use one of those and come back when somebody else starts sharing your diary.

Is there an onboarding fee?

No onboarding fee is proposed. Confirm the final launch terms before purchasing.

Why are Indian prices lower?

Because a clinic in Coimbatore should not pay a Silicon Valley price. Indian accounts are billed in rupees through Stripe, at a price set for the Indian market, with 18% GST added at checkout.

What happens when I outgrow it?

You buy a vertical practice management system, and the export takes every customer, appointment, note and form with you. On every plan including Free.
