You already live in Zoho, you need it working this week, or you want a free tier from a company that has kept one for a very long time. This is a good product and choosing it is defensible.

Zoho Bookings is free for one user, then Basic and Premium per user per month billed annually, with a Flex plan for custom needs. It is the closest competitor in spirit: another suite, another "it is already next to your CRM" argument, and it works today while ours does not. The difference is the meter — theirs is the user, ours is the business.

Choose Centilio Book if
Your staff count is what is driving the bill, you need rooms and chairs without an add-on, or you want several locations on one price rather than workspaces bought one at a time.
- Export the future appointments first. They are the only irreplaceable thing in a booking tool. Get them out of Zoho Bookings before the subscription lapses, with the customer's name, email and phone on each one.
- Rebuild the services before the diary. Durations, buffers, who can do what and which need a deposit. Get those right and the appointments import cleanly.
- Run both for a fortnight , with the old booking link redirecting to the new page, so nothing is taken in a diary you have stopped looking at.
- Disconnect the calendars deliberately. Revoke the old tool's calendar access on each account rather than only cancelling the plan, or it keeps writing to a diary nobody is watching.

Are these comparisons fair?
They are meant to be. Every price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 7 September 2026 and each page says plainly when the other tool is the better buy — which for a single user is most of them.
Which is the closest competitor?
Zoho Bookings, on logic: another suite, another "it is already next to your CRM" argument. It is priced per user and it works today; Book is priced per business and does not exist yet.

Cal.com if you are one person, Setmore if you are up to four, Acuity if you want one polished thing and do not mind the calendar bands, Square if you are a salon that already takes card payments on Square.
