One record
The ticket, the order and the last conversation sit on the same customer record in Relate, with no connector to maintain.
Everything Centilio Care is designed to do, on one page: the inbox, the customer’s history, the knowledge base, Celia’s drafts, the reports and the controls, each marked with the proposed plan it lives on. Care is built for customer questions first; an internal IT or HR inbox works the same way. Nothing here is running yet.

In every chapter the split is the same: Celia prepares, a person decides. This is the whole list.
| Where | Celia prepares | A person decides |
|---|---|---|
| New tickets | Topic, language and a suggested owner | Who actually takes it |
| Replies | A draft from your articles and past answers, with the source shown | Every word that is sent |
| Knowledge base | A draft article when a question keeps repeating | Whether it is published, and what it says |
| Reports | A weekly note on what customers asked most and where they waited | What to change |
| Automatic answers | An answer for an exact-article match, only if switched on | Which articles may answer alone — off by default |
Help desk service software for customers and for your own staff share most of a job: a queue, an owner, a status, an article. Care is designed for the first and works for the second.
Point an internal address — it@ or help@ — at Care and staff requests become tickets with owners, notes and articles, exactly like customer ones. Roles from Centilio Account keep internal requests visible only to the people who handle them.
What Care is not designed to be: an IT asset inventory, a change-management system or a device manager. If you need those, a dedicated IT service management tool is the right choice, and we would rather say so than stretch the word “help desk” to cover it.
Every serious help desk has an inbox and a knowledge base. Where Care is designed to differ is the customer record it shares with the rest of Centilio, a price for the business instead of the agent, and drafts a person approves.
The ticket, the order and the last conversation sit on the same customer record in Relate, with no connector to maintain.
Proposed: Free, then ₹799 a month on Pro plus GST, with every team member included.
Celia drafts and a person sends. Automatic answers are off until you allow them, article by article.
The proposed Free plan includes the shared inbox for one support address, customer history from Relate, a help centre with up to 30 articles and 50 Celia drafts a month, for unlimited team members. Paid plans add your own domain, reports, more addresses and more control.
Yes, the same way it handles customer questions: an internal address becomes a queue with owners, notes and articles. It is not designed for asset inventories, change management or device control.
No. Care keeps its own contact for every person who writes in. When Relate is in use, the ticket attaches to the full customer record instead, with orders and conversations.
Email to your support addresses, chat conversations from Greet and answers from Ask forms. Phone and social channels are not part of the design today, and we will not list them until they are.
On Pro, rules route tickets by address, topic or customer and set priorities. On Business, you add business-hours targets and escalation when a ticket waits too long. Rules never send a reply on their own.
No. Every feature here is designed, not shipped. The waitlist hears first when Care opens, along with a list of what is in the first release.
Care is in the third wave of Centilio tools. Join the waitlist and you will hear first — with the final plans, the import steps for your current help desk and an honest list of what is in the first release.
