CENTILIO CARE / SERVE

Care: help desk software that remembers every customer.

Centilio Care is designed to put every customer question in one inbox — email, chat from Greet on your site and Ask forms — with the customer’s history from Relate beside it, so nobody asks for a receipt number twice. Celia drafts the reply from your own help articles and a person sends it. Proposed pricing is per business, not per agent: free to start, then ₹799 a month plus GST for the whole team.

Where Care stands

Care is not built yet.

Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Care as designed, not a product you can open today. There is no beta and no launch date, and we would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish three sentences and a countdown. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.

Care is in the third wave of Centilio tools. Some Centilio tools are available today; Care will join them inside the same login, sharing the same customer record.

What changes

Every question in one place. Every answer remembered.

Customer support software should do three things for a small team: stop questions getting lost, stop customers repeating themselves, and stop you writing the same answer for the tenth time. Care is designed around those three.

Nothing slips through

Email, chat and form questions arrive in one queue with an owner and a status. The question sent at 11 pm on a Friday is still there on Monday, at the top.

Nobody asks twice

Each ticket opens beside the customer’s record in Relate: past orders, past tickets, the last thing you promised them. The person answering starts from the history, not from “can you send your order number?”

The tenth answer writes itself

Repeated questions become help articles, and Celia drafts the next reply from them. You read it, change a word, send.

  1. Connect — point your support address, the chat on your site and your forms at Care.
  2. Answer — work one queue, with the customer’s history beside each ticket.
  3. Approve — read Celia’s draft, edit it, and send it yourself.
  4. Learn — turn the answers you repeat into articles customers find before they write.
Try it · the console as designed, sample data

Open a ticket. Read the draft. Send it.

This is Care’s inbox as designed, running in your browser with a fictional learning studio’s tickets. Open one to see the customer’s history, the article Celia matched and the reply she drafted; approve it and the ticket moves to solved. Nothing leaves this page.

Celia in Care

Celia prepares. You decide.

Celia is the assistant inside every Centilio tool. In Care she does the reading and the first draft; a person does the sending.

Celia drafts the reply from your knowledge base, routes the ticket to the right person, and turns repeated questions into articles. Nothing reaches a customer without a person pressing send.

If you choose, you can allow automatic answers for one narrow case: a question that matches an exact article you have approved. That switch is off by default, it is set article by article, and every automatic answer is recorded with the article it came from.

When Celia cannot find the answer in your articles, she says so instead of guessing. The ticket goes to a person with a note on what was missing — which is usually the next article worth writing.

  1. Drafts from your own articles and past replies, with the source shown
  2. Routes by topic, language and customer to the person who usually answers
  3. Suggests a new article when the same question keeps arriving
  4. Never refunds, deletes or promises anything on her own
Features

One inbox, the customer’s history, a knowledge base that grows.

Five jobs a help desk has to do well, and the proposed plan each one lives on. Knowledge base software and ticketing in one place, rather than two tools that never agree. Built for customer questions first, it also works as IT help desk software for staff requests.

Who it is for

Built for anyone answering the same question for the tenth time.

Care is a ticketing system for small business first — the team of two to twenty where the person answering is also doing three other jobs. The best help desk software for that team is the one everyone can open, so every plan includes every team member.

SaaS founders

Bug reports, billing questions and how-do-I emails in one queue, with the account’s history beside each one. The founder answering at night sees what the day shift promised.

E-commerce stores

Where is my order, it arrived broken, can I return it: three questions, hundreds of times. Three articles and Celia’s drafts carry the repetition; a person handles the exceptions.

Clinics

Appointment, billing and directions questions from email and the website, kept apart from clinical records, which Care is not designed to hold.

Schools and tutors

Fees, timetables and logins arrive in waves every term. Help desk software for education earns its keep in the first week, when a few articles answer what a hundred parents ask.

Agencies

One support address per brand on Business, each with its own help centre, all answered by the same team from one queue.

Anyone with a “standard replies” document

If your answers live in a document you copy from, Care is designed to replace it with articles customers can read themselves.

Security

Your customers’ words, handled carefully.

A help desk holds what customers tell you when something has gone wrong — names, order details, sometimes more. Care is designed with that in mind.

  1. Encrypted in transit and at rest, as a design requirement
  2. Roles from Centilio Account: who can read, reply, export or delete
  3. A trail of every reply: who drafted it, who edited it, who sent it
  4. Celia cannot send unless you allow it, article by article
  5. No certifications claimed before an audit has happened
Pricing · per business · proposed

One price for the business. Everyone can answer.

Proposed prices, in rupees: Free to start, Pro ₹799 a month and Business ₹1,599 a month plus GST, with every team member included. Annual prices are proposed monthly equivalents billed for 12 months. Nothing is charged until Care ships.

Many help desks are priced by the agent, so the owner who answers on Saturdays, the part-timer and the person in the warehouse who knows where the parcel is each cost a seat. Care is proposed per business instead, so the person who knows the answer can be the person who sends it.

Questions

Questions about Care, answered plainly.

Can I use Care today?

No. Care has not shipped: there is no app and no beta yet. These pages are the product as designed, and the console above is that design running in your browser with sample data. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.

What does a help desk actually do?

It turns questions from customers into tickets: each one has an owner, a status and a history, so nothing is lost and nobody answers twice. A good one adds a knowledge base, so customers find answers before they write, and reports, so you know how long people wait.

Can customers see their tickets?

Yes, that is the design: a portal on your domain, next to the help centre, where a customer sees what they asked, what you replied and what is still open. They reach it through a link sent to their email, so there is no new password to forget.

Does Care answer customers automatically?

Not by default. Celia drafts; a person approves and sends. You can allow automatic answers for questions that match an exact article you have approved, if you choose, and each one is recorded with the article it came from.

When is Care available?

Care is in the third wave of Centilio tools. We have not set a launch date and will not print one until it is close to true. The waitlist hears first.

Is Care an IT help desk or a customer support tool?

Customer support first: questions from customers, by email, chat and forms. An internal inbox for IT or HR requests works the same way, with tickets, owners and articles. Care is not designed for asset inventories or change management.

How much will Care cost?

Proposed: Free to start, Pro ₹799 a month and Business ₹1,599 a month for the whole business plus GST, with every team member included. Enterprise is by contract. These prices are proposals, and nothing is charged until Care ships.

Can I move from the help desk I use now?

That is the plan: import your contacts, articles and past tickets from a CSV export, then run both side by side until you trust the new queue. We will publish the exact import steps before launch.

Be told when Care opens.

Care is in the third wave of Centilio tools. Join the waitlist and you will hear before anyone else — with the final plans, the import steps for your current help desk and an honest list of what is not ready.
