About the features.
Is there a mobile app?
Connect is designed for web and mobile from the same record, so a thread opened on the phone is the same thread on the desk. Neither exists yet; Connect is in the third wave.
Can I use Connect without Track or Meet?
Yes. Connect is designed to work with a Centilio Account alone. Track and Meet add tasks and meetings from a thread when they ship; until then the decision stays pinned to the record.
Where do files shared in chat go?
Into Drive, filed with the thread they came from, rather than living only inside the conversation. You find them from the chat, from the record or from Drive search.
Can a guest see everything?
No. A guest sees only the channels you invite them to, with the role you give them in Account. Internal channels, the member list and other customers stay out of view.
Does Celia read every message?
Celia answers only from what the person asking can already see, and shows the message or document each answer came from. It drafts tasks and summaries when asked; a person approves them.
