Keeps the conversation on its record
A thread about a customer stays on that customer, so the history survives the people who wrote it.
Chat is where a business is most candid: prices, problems and people. Connect is designed so that candour stays inside the business — sign-in through Account, roles that decide who reads and who posts, guests who see only their own channel, and a trail of who changed what. These are proposed controls for a product that is not built yet.
Product design preview · Connect has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Connect as designed, not a product you can open today. Connect is in the third wave of Centilio tools: there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet, and we would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish a page that says "coming soon" and nothing else. Join the waitlist and you will hear first. The controls below are design requirements, not verified certifications or a claim of legal compliance.
A thread about a customer stays on that customer, so the history survives the people who wrote it.
Files shared in chat are filed in Drive with their thread, under Drive's sharing rules, not scattered through messages.
Invitations, role changes, exports and archives are written to an audit trail on Business.
Celia drafts summaries, tasks and replies; a person approves before anything is sent or created.
A client sees their own channel and nothing else — not other customers, not the member list.
Celia works inside the permissions of the person asking, and shows the source of every answer.
People, teams and roles are set once in Centilio Account and honoured in Connect, so a person who leaves loses access everywhere at once. Owners and admins decide who may create channels, invite guests and export history.
Every change that matters — a guest invited, a role changed, a channel archived, a retention rule set — is written to the audit trail on Business, with who did it and when.
Lists of the best secure team chat apps for small business rarely ask the question that matters most to a services firm: what exactly does the client see?
A guest is invited into named channels and sees nothing else: not the member list, not other customers, not search beyond their channels.
Guests sign in through Account with their own login, so access ends when you remove them, not when someone remembers to change a password.
The conversation with a client stays on the client's record, so it is still there when the person who ran the account moves on.
Connect is not built and has not been audited. What follows are requirements we are holding ourselves to in public, and this page will be rewritten with what is actually true on the day it ships.
Connect is not built, so there is nothing running to secure and nothing we can claim. These are the controls it is designed with; the page will state what is verified when it ships.
No. Guests see only the channels they are invited to, with the role you give them. Internal channels, the member list and other customers' threads are outside their view.
Owners, and the admins they allow. Exports are proposed to be written to the audit trail on Business, so you can see who exported what, and when.
Remove them in Account and their access to Connect ends with every other Centilio tool. Their messages stay on the records they belong to, so the history does not leave with the person.
Celia answers within the permissions of the person asking. It can use only the channels and records that person can already see, and it shows where each answer came from.
Not yet, and we will not claim one before it is independently verified. Connect is not built; certifications are earned by running products, not by pages.
Inside your organisation's own space on the Centilio platform. Regional residency is proposed for Enterprise; the regions will be named on this page when Connect ships.
Connect is in the third wave. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement. One login, one record, and the next tool already waiting inside: Account and Drive, the two tools Connect is designed to sit on, are live today.
