The problem
Most team chat apps sit next to the work. That is where decisions get lost.
A small team does not lack places to talk; it has too many, and none of them know which customer or project a message was about. Connect is designed as team communication software for the work itself.
In Connect every conversation can belong to a record, so the record remembers what was said about it.
The fix is not another channel. It is putting the conversation where the work already lives — on the customer, the project, the document — and letting that record keep it for whoever needs it next.
The client message on someone's phone
Half the conversation with a customer lives in one person's personal chat. In Connect clients join as guests, in their own channel, on the record.
The question asked twice
"What did we quote them?" goes to the person who knows, again. Celia answers from the record and shows where the answer came from.
The thread that never became work
Everyone agreed; nobody owned it. In Connect a message becomes a task with an owner and a date in one click.

On a long thread, Celia writes the summary you would have written if you had the time: what was decided, what is still open and who said they would do what. When a decision is made, Celia drafts the task or the meeting; a person approves it before anything is created.
Celia never posts on your behalf, never messages a client by itself and never deletes anything. It prepares; a person decides; the record shows who approved what, and when.

Can I invite clients?
Yes, as guests in specific channels with their own role. A guest sees only the channels you invite them to, and the role decides whether they can post, download or only read. Guests are proposed for Pro and above.
Does Connect replace our other chat apps for work?
For work conversations inside your business, that is the intention: it keeps them next to the records they concern. Personal chats stay where they are, and you can run Connect beside your current tool while the team moves over.
What makes Connect different from other team chat apps?
Most chat sits next to the work, in channels named after topics. Connect attaches a conversation to the customer, project or document it is about, so the record keeps what was said and a decision is one click from a task. Celia answers from those records and shows its source.
What does Celia do in Connect?
Celia answers questions from your records ("what did we quote them?"), summarises long threads, and turns a decision into a task when you ask. It drafts; a person approves. It never posts or messages a client on its own.
