“What did we agree?”
Asked in chat two days later and answered from memory. With Meet, the decisions are written down as the call ends, and a person signs them off before they are filed.
Meet is the meeting itself and the record of it. A booking in Book becomes a room, the call is recorded only if everyone agrees, and afterwards the summary, the decisions and the next steps are filed to the customer in Relate or the project in Track. No more “what did we agree?” — and one price per business, not per seat: free to start, then a proposed ₹799 plus GST a month for everyone.
Product design preview · Meet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Meet as designed, not a product you can open today. Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after the tools that are live now and the wave being built next. We would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish a page with three sentences on it. Join the waitlist and you will hear first; nothing is charged until Meet ships.
Three things people say after a call today, whichever video conferencing solutions they use, and what Meet is designed to change about each.
Asked in chat two days later and answered from memory. With Meet, the decisions are written down as the call ends, and a person signs them off before they are filed.
The action was spoken and never assigned. Meet lists each next step with an owner and a date, and files it to the project in Track.
Nobody took any. Celia drafts the summary while you talk, the host approves it, and it lands on the customer record in Relate.
Most online meeting software stops at the call. Meet is designed for the four steps around it, and only the middle two need you in the room.
A customer picks a time in Book, or a teammate starts a call from a thread in Connect. Either way the room exists before anyone asks for a link.
Everyone joins from a browser or a phone. No download, no account for guests, and a waiting room for the people you let in.
If everyone consents, the call is recorded and transcribed. As it ends, Celia drafts the summary, the decisions and the next steps.
The host reads the draft, fixes what is wrong and approves it. The record goes to the customer in Relate or the project in Track, and the recording to Drive.
This is Meet’s meeting console as designed, running in your browser with a fictional business. Pick a call, read the summary Celia drafted, tick the decisions, change an owner, and approve the notes to see where they would be filed. Nothing leaves this page; the product behind it is not built yet.
Look at the call where one guest declined to be recorded: there is no summary, because Celia only works from a recorded call. The host’s own typed notes are filed instead. That is the design, not a gap.
Video meetings for business are rarely about the video. Meet is designed around what you need before, during and after the call, and every feature carries the plan it is proposed for.
A booking in Book becomes a room with the link already in the invite; a thread in Connect becomes a call in one click. No download for you or your guests.
FreeNothing is recorded until everyone in the call has agreed. The transcript follows the recording and marks who said what.
ProCelia drafts them as the call ends. The host approves them, and they are filed where they belong: the customer in Relate or the project in Track.
ProShow a document, sketch the plan together, and keep guests in a waiting room until you let them in.
FreeMeet is designed to run in a modern browser on a laptop and on a phone, so a customer joins from the link in their email.

Celia takes the notes, writes the summary, extracts the actions and files them once the host approves.
It asks for consent before recording and never joins a call uninvited. If one person says no, the call carries on without a recording and Celia writes nothing from it; the host can still type notes into the same record.
After the call it drafts three things: a short summary in plain words, the decisions as a list you can tick, and the next steps with an owner and a date. You change what is wrong. Nothing is filed, shared or sent until a person approves it, and the record shows who approved it and when.
Recordings are stored in your Drive under your roles, and they are never used to train anything.
Sales teams, consultancies, remote teams, clinics doing tele-consults — and anyone who has ended a call and wondered what was agreed.
A discovery call booked in Book, the notes on the deal in Relate, and the follow-up drafted before the prospect has closed the tab.
Client workshops where the decisions matter more than the slides. Each decision filed to the project in Track, with who agreed it.
Stand-ups and reviews that start from a thread in Connect and end with owners and dates, not with “I’ll write it up”.
A consult booked in Book, a waiting room for the patient, and a record kept only with consent. Health-privacy rules differ by country; we will say what Meet meets at launch, not before.
If your meetings end with good intentions and no record, Meet is designed for you first.
A video conferencing system on its own ends when the call does. Meet is designed to take rooms from Book and Connect and hand the outcome to Relate, Track and Drive, inside one Centilio login.
Statuses are today’s: Drive and Account are live, Book, Relate and Track are in the wave being built next, Connect arrives in the same wave as Meet, and Assist comes later.
The booking becomes the room, and the invite carries the link. Book is in the wave being built next.
A thread in team chat becomes a call, and the approved notes come back to the thread. Connect arrives in the same wave as Meet.
The summary, decisions and next steps land on the customer record, beside every earlier call.
Decisions and actions become tasks on the project, with an owner and a date.
Recordings and transcripts are stored in your Drive under your roles.
One login, and the roles that decide who may host, record and read.
A support call that needs a closer look is designed to hand over to Assist for remote support.
Proposed, in Indian rupees, before GST; yearly billing brings Pro to ₹639 and Business to ₹1,279 a month. Nothing is charged until Meet ships.
Free is the call. Pro is the record. Business adds approvals, retention and an audit trail. Enterprise is priced with you.

No. Meet has not shipped: there is no app and no beta. These pages are the product as designed, and the console above is that design running in your browser with fictional data. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools. We will not publish a date until we can keep it, and the waitlist hears first.
For business meetings inside Centilio, yes — that is the job it is designed for. You can keep using another tool and still let Celia file the notes; which tools, and how, will be confirmed before launch.
Recordings are stored in your Drive under your roles and are never used to train anything. Nothing is recorded unless everyone in the call agrees, and the record shows who agreed and when.
No. Celia never joins a call uninvited and asks for consent before recording. It drafts the notes; a person approves them before anything is filed or shared.
No. Meet is designed so a guest joins from the link in the invite, in a browser or on a phone, and waits in the waiting room until a host lets them in.
Per business, not per seat: free to start, then a proposed ₹799 plus GST a month for Pro and ₹1,599 plus GST for Business, with every member included. These are proposals, and nothing is charged until Meet ships.
Meet is designed for business meetings with customers, clients and your own team. Large webinars and phone lines are not part of the design today, and we would rather say so than stretch it.
