Choose Zoom if…
You run large meetings or webinars, need meeting-room hardware, or your customers already expect a Zoom link.
Meet is not built yet, and the three tools people compare it with are shipped and mature. So these pages compare what stays true — the category, the approach, the pricing model and where the notes end up — as of research in 2026, and say plainly where each one is the better choice. Corrections are welcome.
Product design preview · Meet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Meet is not available yet. Everything on this page — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Meet as designed, in the third wave of Centilio tools. Nothing is charged until it ships; join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Each page sets Meet’s design beside one shipped tool, on facts you can check.
Zoom is a meeting and collaboration platform with apps for desktop and mobile and joining from a browser, priced per user on paid plans. Meet is designed as meetings that file their own notes, priced per business.
Google Meet is the meeting tool inside Google Workspace, started from Gmail, Calendar and Google Chat and priced per user as part of Workspace. Meet is designed around Centilio’s shared record instead.
Teams is chat, meetings and calls inside Microsoft 365, priced per user. Meet is a meeting tool on its own, designed to hand its notes to the customer or the project.
Video conferencing like Zoom, Google Meet and Teams is shipped and proven; Meet is a design. The table is honest about both.

Every tool here is the right answer for someone.
You run large meetings or webinars, need meeting-room hardware, or your customers already expect a Zoom link.
Your business already lives in Gmail, Calendar and Google Docs, and you want meetings without another tool.
Your business runs on Microsoft 365 and you want chat, meetings and files in one place your IT team already manages.
Your meetings are with customers and projects, and the problem is the record afterwards: what was agreed, by whom, and where it went.
Nobody should have to move every meeting on day one.
Yes. Webex is Cisco’s meeting and video conferencing service. We have not set Meet beside it on these pages; the three tools here are the ones that came up most in our 2026 search research.
For business meetings inside Centilio, yes. You can keep using others and still let Celia file the notes; which tools, and how, will be confirmed before launch.
Prices change often, and we would rather not publish a number that is wrong next month. The tables compare pricing models — per user or per business — as of research in 2026; check each provider’s current page before you decide.
A per-business price is designed to cost less as a team grows, because members are free. But Meet is not shipped, and a tool you can use today beats a cheaper one you cannot.
The one that fits how your business already works. If you live in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, their meeting tools are the natural choice; Meet is designed for businesses that want each meeting filed to a customer or a project.
Tell us through the contact page and we will correct it, with the date. These pages are only useful if they are fair.
Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after the tools that are live today and the wave being built next. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement.
