Is Centilio Meet a Zoom alternative?
It is designed to be one for business meetings inside Centilio: customer calls, client workshops, team reviews. It is not built yet, and it is not designed for large webinars or meeting-room hardware, where Zoom is the better choice.
Can I keep Zoom and still use Celia?
Meet is designed so you can keep using other tools and still let Celia file the notes. Which tools, and how, will be confirmed before launch.
Is Zoom priced per user?
As of research in 2026, Zoom’s paid plans are priced per user, with a free plan that has limits. Check Zoom’s pricing page for current terms.
Does Zoom have AI meeting notes?
Yes. As of research in 2026, Zoom offers AI Companion, which can summarise meetings, on its paid plans. Meet’s difference is where the notes go: to the customer or project record, after a person approves them.
Will Meet need a download?
No. Meet is designed to run in a modern browser on a laptop or a phone, and guests join from the link without an account.
What would I lose by switching?
Zoom’s maturity: shipped apps, webinars, rooms hardware and a link everyone recognises. Meet is a design, and a tool that works today is worth more than one that does not exist yet.
