Meet features: what video conferencing apps do, and what happens after the call.
Every feature Meet is designed with, grouped by when you need it: before the call, during it, after it, and the controls around it. Each one carries the plan it is proposed for. None of it is available yet; this is the design, in full.
Product design preview · Meet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Meet is not available yet. Everything on this page — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Meet as designed, in the third wave of Centilio tools. Nothing is charged until it ships; join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Before, during, after, and the controls around it.
The best video conferencing software is the one people stop noticing. Meet’s features are grouped by the moment you need them, and each chapter says what Celia drafts and what you approve.
4 feature groups
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchThe room exists before anyone asks for a link.
Before
Read capabilities
- Rooms from a booking. A booking in Book becomes a room, and the link travels in the invite. Free
- Calls from a chat. A thread in Connect becomes a call in one click, with the people in the thread invited. Free
- Waiting room. Guests wait until a host lets them in; teammates walk straight in. Free
- Your brand at the door. Your logo and a short note on the waiting room. Pro
- Celia drafts a short agenda from the booking and the customer’s record; you edit it before it goes in the invite. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchVideo, sound and a shared screen, in the browser.
During
Read capabilities
- Browser and mobile. A modern browser on a laptop or a phone; no download for hosts or guests. Free
- Screen share. Share a window, a tab or the whole screen. Free
- Whiteboard. Sketch the plan together and keep the board with the meeting record. Pro
- Recording and transcript with consent. Recording starts only after everyone in the call agrees; the transcript marks who said what. Pro

Proposed at launch unless marked after launchThe record, drafted by Celia and approved by a person.
After
Read capabilities
- Summary in plain words. A short account of the call, drafted as it ends. Pro
- Decisions as a list. Each decision on its own line, to tick, change or strike out. Pro

- Filed where it belongs. The approved record goes to the customer in Relate or the project in Track. Pro
- Recording in Drive. The recording and transcript are stored in your Drive under your roles. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launchWho may record, who may read, and who saw what.
Control

What you get that the call alone does not give you.
Video conferencing applications are good at the call. This is the part Meet is designed to add — and the part where a shipped tool still wins.
| A meeting tool on its own | Centilio Meet, as designed | |

| Where the room comes from | A link you create and paste | The booking in Book or the thread in Connect |
| Recording | A host setting | Only after everyone in the call agrees |

About the features.
What is the best video conferencing app for a small business?
The one your team and your customers can join without help, and that leaves a record you can find later. If most of your calls are with customers and projects, Meet is designed to file each one to the right record; if you need large webinars today, a mature tool is the better choice.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. Meet is designed to run in a modern browser on a laptop or a phone, and a guest joins from the link in the invite without an account.
Does Celia write notes for every call?
Only for calls that everyone agreed to record, on Pro and above. Without a recording Celia writes nothing, and the host can type notes into the same record.
Can I edit what Celia drafts?
Yes. The summary, the decisions and the next steps are drafts until a person approves them. You can change the wording, an owner or a date, or strike a line out.
Is the whiteboard saved?
Yes, as designed: the board is kept with the meeting record, so the sketch and the decisions sit together. The whiteboard is proposed for Pro and above.
Will there be an API?
Business is proposed to include an API and webhooks, so your own systems can receive approved notes. Details will be published with the product, not before.
Be told when Meet opens.
Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after the tools that are live today and the wave being built next. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement.
