Keeps: the record you approve
The summary, decisions and next steps a person approved, on the customer in Relate or the project in Track.
Most of the risk in a meeting is not the video — it is the recording, the transcript and who can read them later. Meet is designed so nothing is recorded without everyone’s consent, the record lives in your Drive under your roles, and every view and approval leaves a trail. These are design targets for a product not built yet, not certifications.
Product design preview · Meet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Meet is not available yet. Everything on this page — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Meet as designed, in the third wave of Centilio tools. Nothing is charged until it ships; join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Secure video conferencing platforms are judged by their limits. These are Meet’s, as designed.
The summary, decisions and next steps a person approved, on the customer in Relate or the project in Track.
Stored in your Drive under your roles, with the transcript beside it.
Who consented, who approved, who viewed or downloaded, and when.
If one person declines, the call goes on without a recording.
Celia does not enter a call nobody invited it to.
Recordings and transcripts are never used to train anything.
How to secure video conferencing comes down to three questions: who can join, who can record, and who can read the record afterwards.
When a host asks to record, everyone in the call is asked. Recording starts only when all of them have agreed, and anyone who joins later is asked before they are recorded. If someone declines, the call carries on without a recording.
Celia only drafts notes from a recorded call, so the same consent covers the notes. Without a recording, the host can still type notes into the same record. Guests wait in the waiting room until a host lets them in.
Meet is designed to use the roles you already set in Centilio Account, so a new tool does not mean a new list of who may do what.
The design target, and the one trade-off we will not hide.
Calls are designed to be encrypted between each device and our servers, and recordings and transcripts encrypted where they are stored.
End-to-end encryption, where only the people in the call hold the keys, cannot sit alongside a recording or a transcript made by the service: if the service cannot hear the call, it cannot record it or draft notes from it. When Meet ships we will say plainly which kinds of call are which, rather than putting “end-to-end” on everything.
Secure video conferencing platforms for enterprises are asked for audits and certificates. Meet has none, because it is not built.
When Meet ships, any audit, certification or regulatory claim will appear here with its date and what it covers. Until then, everything on this page is a design target. If your business needs a specific standard — for tele-consults, for example — tell us now; it shapes what we build.
It is designed to be: consent before recording, roles from Account, approval before notes leave the business, and a trail of who saw what. It has not been built or independently audited yet, so treat this page as the design we will be held to.
The people your Drive roles allow, and no one else. On Business, every view and download is logged with who and when.
Not through Meet: recording needs everyone’s consent and shows to everyone while it runs. Nobody can stop a person pointing a phone at a screen, and Meet cannot either.
Not when they are recorded or transcribed, because a service that cannot hear the call cannot record it or draft notes from it. Calls are designed to be encrypted in transit and recordings at rest; at launch we will say plainly which kinds of call are which.
No. Recordings and transcripts are never used to train anything. Celia works on your call to draft your notes, and that is all.
Yes. A person with the right role can delete a recording, and on Business, retention rules remove recordings on schedule. Every deletion is logged.
It is designed with clinics in mind: consent, a waiting room and roles. Health-privacy rules differ by country, and we will not claim any of them until Meet is built and checked against them.
Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after the tools that are live today and the wave being built next. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement.
