About the features.

Which file types can I preview?

Images, video, PDFs and office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and their open equivalents) open inline. Anything else downloads.

What is filed automatically today?

From Sign: every signed copy and its signing certificate, under Agreements. From Hire: CVs, offers and signed contracts, under People, by person. Bill will file invoices by customer when it ships. Uploads go wherever you put them.

What does "soon" mean on a feature?

It is built or being built and not yet in the live app. Version history, retention rules, legal hold, audit export, the branded share page and Celia search are soon. Desktop sync and imports are roadmap, which means planned and not yet started.

How does sharing with "everyone in the organisation" know who that is?

From Account, the login behind every Centilio tool. Everyone with a login in your organisation can open the file; when someone leaves and their login is revoked, they are out of everything at once.

How big can a file be?

Up to 5 GB a file on every plan; larger by arrangement on Enterprise.
