In transit, at rest, in your organisation's space.
Every file travels over TLS 1.2 or 1.3 and rests encrypted with AES-256 in your organisation's space on AWS and Google Cloud. Storage is metered for the organisation, and the export is complete: every file with its folder structure, in the formats you uploaded, whenever you ask. Indian accounts can ask for India residency on Enterprise.
Celia reads your documents to file, tag and find them for you, inside your organisation. It never trains on them and never shares or deletes anything without a person approving.
Who may open what
The roles you set once in Account, followed here.
Drive does not keep its own list of people. Who may see, share or delete a file follows the roles and groups in Account, the login behind every Centilio tool. Share a folder with a group and the new colleague has it the day they accept; revoke a leaver's login and they are out of every file at once, with the files still in the organisation's space.
An outsider only ever sees what you gave them: a public link at view or download level, until the expiry you set, revocable in one click. The share page carries your name; on Business it will carry your domain.

About security and sharing.
Is Drive secure cloud storage?
Files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 and 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) in your organisation's space on AWS and Google Cloud. Who may open a file follows the roles you set in Account; public links expire when you say and can be revoked at once.
Can someone outside my business open a file?
Only through a public link you created, at the level you chose (view or download), until the expiry you set. Revoke the link and it stops working immediately.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their access ends with their login in Account. The files stay in the organisation's space; anything they shared stays shared as the folder rules say; an admin can reassign what they owned.
Where is my data?
In your organisation's space, on AWS and Google Cloud; Indian accounts can ask for India residency on Enterprise.
Is there an audit trail?
Every upload, share, download, delete and restore is recorded. The CSV export of that trail is on Business and marked soon.
Does Celia read my documents?
To file, tag and find them for you, yes, inside your organisation. It never trains on them, and it never shares or deletes anything without a person approving.
Can I delete something permanently?
Yes: delete it, then empty it from Trash, or wait 30 days. Both are logged. A folder under legal hold cannot be deleted until the hold is lifted.
