Choose Google Meet if…
Your business already lives in Gmail, Calendar and Google Docs, and you want meetings without adding another tool. It is shipped, familiar and already paid for.
If your business runs on Google Workspace, calls already start from Gmail, Calendar and Google Chat, and that is a real reason to stay. Meet is a design for a different job: meetings that start from a booking and end with the notes filed to the customer or the project. Here is the comparison, on facts as of research in 2026.

Your meetings are about customers and projects, and you want the approved notes on the customer record or the project, not in a separate document.
Meet is not built, so this is a plan, not a migration service.
It is designed to be one for business meetings inside Centilio. If your business runs on Google Workspace, Google Meet is already there and works today, and Meet is not built yet.
Yes. As of research in 2026, Google Chat can start a Google Meet call. In Centilio, the equivalent is designed to be a call started from a thread in Connect, our team chat, which arrives in the same wave as Meet.
As part of Google Workspace, yes, as of research in 2026, and it is also free with a personal Google account, with limits. Check Google’s pages for current terms.
On eligible Workspace plans, Gemini can take notes in Google Meet and save them to Google Docs, as of research in 2026. Meet’s difference is that the approved notes are filed to the customer or project they belong to.
Meet is designed so you can keep using other tools and still let Celia file the notes. Which tools, and how, will be confirmed before launch.
The convenience of meetings inside the suite you already use, and a tool that is shipped. Meet is a design, and that matters more than any feature on this page.
Meet is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after the tools that are live today and the wave being built next. Join the waitlist and you will hear before the announcement.
