Where it fits
For partners who live together and are not married. Partners who plan to marry or form a civil partnership should look at a prenuptial agreement instead. It does not deal with child custody or child support.
Before you rely on it
Original Centilio wording, not legal advice. Formalities and independent advice rules differ by place, and some places only treat an agreement like this as binding if each signature is witnessed or each partner gets independent legal advice with a signed certificate. It does not decide child custody or support, so have a family lawyer where the partners live read it before you approve it.
