CENTILIO TEAM / PEOPLE

Team: the HR software for a business growing faster than its paperwork.

Team is designed as the people record: who works here, what they signed, when they are on leave, what they are owed. It starts the moment Hire says yes, carries through onboarding and reviews, and hands each month’s inputs to Pay for a manager to approve. Priced per business, not per employee: free for up to 10 people, then ₹1,999 a month (proposed).

Team has not shipped yet.

Team has not shipped. These pages set out Centilio Team as it is designed — the console, every feature, the plans and their proposed prices — so you can weigh it before it exists. It is part of the third wave of Centilio tools, coming after Hire, and has no beta and no launch date yet. Join the waitlist to be told first. Hire, Sign, Drive, Vault and Account are live today: the offer you send from Hire now, and the contract signed in Sign, are designed to become the first entries in a person’s Team record.

What changes

One record per person. Leave without the email chain. Paperwork that finishes itself.

Three things that go wrong when a business outgrows its spreadsheet, and what Team is designed to do about each.

Most small businesses run their people on a spreadsheet, a shared folder and a lot of email. It works until somewhere around twenty or thirty people. Then leave balances disagree, a signed contract cannot be found, a visa expires unnoticed, and the one person who knew how it all fitted together goes on holiday.

Team is designed as the people record for that moment. It starts the moment Hire says yes and carries through onboarding, reviews and, one day, a graceful exit. Every document is signed through Sign and filed in Drive; every salary is paid through Pay.

Call it an HRMS or a people system; the name matters less than the result. Fewer places to look, and fewer things that depend on one person remembering.

Everything about a person, in one place

Role, manager, contract, pay details, leave and documents on one record, instead of a spreadsheet, an inbox and a drawer that each hold part of the story.

Leave and attendance without the back-and-forth

Requests on the phone, approval in one tap, the calendar and the payroll inputs updated, with no separate leave and attendance software to buy and reconcile.

Paperwork that finishes itself

Contracts and policies signed in Sign and filed on the person in Drive, and every expiry date watched before it becomes a problem.

Try it · the console as designed, sample data

Add your people. Set the rules. Let Celia prepare the month. Approve.

This is the Team console as designed, running on sample data for a fictional food company with 64 people: a new starter whose contract is still unsigned, a document about to expire, someone on leave, and the month’s inputs for Pay prepared and waiting for a manager. The component is real; the product behind it is not built yet.

  1. Add. Import your people from a spreadsheet, or let Hire start each record on the day an offer is accepted.
  2. Set. Leave types, holidays, working hours and who approves what, in plain settings rather than a consultant’s project.
  3. Run. Employees request leave, clock in and find their documents on their phone; managers approve in one tap.
  4. Approve. At month end Celia prepares the inputs for Pay — joiners, leavers, leave and overtime — and a manager approves them.
Celia in Team

Celia prepares. You decide.

Celia drafts policies and letters, notices expiring documents and unusual attendance, and prepares the monthly inputs for Pay. Managers approve.

Celia drafts from the record, in the tone your business already uses: an offer confirmation, a salary letter, a leave policy for a new office. It notices the visa, licence or certificate about to expire before anyone else does, and points out attendance that has changed, quietly and only to the right manager.

At month end it gathers joiners, leavers, leave and overtime into the inputs Pay needs, so nobody copies leave days into a spreadsheet at midnight. It never approves leave, changes a salary, sends a letter or runs payroll by itself, and it sees only what the person asking may see. Every draft and every approval is on the record.

  1. Draft a letter or a policy from the person’s record
  2. Warn before a visa, licence or certificate expires
  3. Point out unusual attendance to the right manager
  4. Prepare the month’s inputs for Pay, for a manager to approve

Views of Team, designed and not yet built.

Sample screens, not connected services.

Who it is for

For ten to five hundred people, and the one person who runs HR.

Businesses from ten to five hundred people without an HR department, and the HR teams of one who run them.

Owners doing HR on the side

You hired your tenth person and the spreadsheet stopped being enough. Team is designed to take over the records, leave and documents in an afternoon, not a project.

The HR team of one

You look after fifty or two hundred people alone. Celia prepares the letters, reminders and monthly inputs; you approve them, and the records stay current without chasing.

Managers

Approve leave and timesheets on the phone, see who is in today, and stop being the bottleneck for a letter or a form.

Employees

Leave, attendance, documents and payslips on their phone, and their own details kept current by them, with sensitive changes checked by HR.

Trust

People data is the most private data a business keeps.

Salaries, bank details, health notes and home addresses. Team is designed so that each of them is seen only by the people who need it.

  1. Records encrypted in transit and at rest, under roles from Account
  2. Salary, bank and health fields visible only to the roles you allow
  3. Every change to a record kept, with who made it and when
  4. Nothing of yours, or your employees’, used to train anything
  5. Records exportable at any time

Questions

Questions about Team, answered plainly.

Can I use Team today?

No. Team has not shipped: there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet. These pages describe the product as designed, and the console above runs that design on sample data. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.

Who is Team for?

Businesses from ten to five hundred people without an HR department, and the HR teams of one who run them. Owners, managers and employees all use it, mostly on their phones.

Can employees use Team on their phones?

Yes, that is the design. Leave requests, attendance, documents and payslips from Pay are all on the phone, and changes to sensitive details go to HR for approval.

Does Team handle Indian statutory requirements?

That is the design, together with Pay: PF, ESI, professional tax and the letters and registers that go with them, alongside the standard records every business keeps. Pay is planned for the same wave as Team.

Does Team run payroll?

No. Payroll is Pay, a separate Centilio tool planned for the same wave. Team prepares the monthly inputs — joiners, leavers, leave and overtime — and a manager approves them before Pay uses them.

Can I bring my current employee spreadsheet?

Yes, that is the design. Import the list you keep today; Team maps the columns, marks what is missing and keeps the original file in Drive.

When is Team available?

Team is in the third wave of Centilio tools, after Hire, which is live today. There is no date yet; the waitlist hears first.

What will it cost?

The proposed price is per business, not per employee: Free for up to 10 people, then Pro at ₹1,999 a month for up to 100 people and Business at ₹5,999 a month for up to 500. Nothing is charged until Team ships.

Be first to know when Team opens.

Team follows Hire in the third wave, alongside Pay, which runs the salaries Team prepares. Join the waitlist for a note before anything is announced. Hire, Sign and Drive are yours to use in the meantime.
