CENTILIO TEAM / PEOPLE

Team features: business HR software for the whole people record.

Team is designed around five jobs: keep one record per person, run leave and attendance by the rules you set, onboard and offboard with a checklist, let employees serve themselves on their phone, and produce the letters and reviews a growing business needs. Here is every feature, what Celia does in each, and the proposed plan it sits on. None of it is running yet.

Five chapters

Every feature, chapter by chapter.

Each chapter ends with what Celia does in it and what a person approves. The plan name follows every feature.

Against the spreadsheet

What a people record adds to a spreadsheet.

Before any HR business software, most small businesses run on a spreadsheet, a shared folder and email. That is the comparison that matters most; named tools are on the compare pages.

Questions

About the features.

Is any of this available today?

No. Team has not shipped, and every feature on this page is a design with a proposed plan next to it. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

Which features are free?

People records, documents signed through Sign, spreadsheet import, restricted fields, leave policies and approvals, onboarding from Hire, self-service on the phone, the directory and the org chart. Free is designed for up to 10 people.

What does Celia do on each plan?

On Free, Celia sends reminders. On Pro and above it drafts letters and policies, watches expiry dates and attendance, and prepares the monthly inputs for Pay. A manager approves everything it prepares.

Does Team include payroll?

No. Payroll is Pay, planned for the same wave. Team prepares the inputs and Pay runs the payroll, on the same record and the same login.

Do I need Hire to use Team?

No. You can import your people from a spreadsheet and start there. With Hire, every new starter’s record begins the moment an offer is accepted.

Will there be an API?

An API is proposed on Business. It will be documented on the integrations page once it exists, and not before.

Next for you

What sits next to Team.

The tools a people record depends on. Most of them are live today, so you can start with them while Team is built.

Be first to know when Team opens.

Team follows Hire in the third wave, alongside Pay, which runs the salaries Team prepares. Join the waitlist for a note before anything is announced. Hire, Sign and Drive are yours to use in the meantime.
