For a business of four or fewer that is the best value in this comparison and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The per-user meter is what changes as you grow: eight people on Pro is $96 monthly, or $40 annual. Book is $19 for the business at any headcount.

Choose Centilio Book if
You have crossed four people, or the annual per-user price has quietly become the largest line on your software bill, or you want the deposit and the invoice in the same place as the booking.
- Export the future appointments first. They are the only irreplaceable thing in a booking tool. Get them out of Setmore before the subscription lapses, with the customer's name, email and phone on each one.
- Rebuild the services before the diary. Durations, buffers, who can do what and which need a deposit. Get those right and the appointments import cleanly.
- Run both for a fortnight , with the old booking link redirecting to the new page, so nothing is taken in a diary you have stopped looking at.
- Disconnect the calendars deliberately. Revoke the old tool's calendar access on each account rather than only cancelling the plan, or it keeps writing to a diary nobody is watching.

Are these comparisons fair?
They are meant to be. Every price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 7 September 2026 and each page says plainly when the other tool is the better buy — which for a single user is most of them.
Which is the closest competitor?
Zoho Bookings, on logic: another suite, another "it is already next to your CRM" argument. It is priced per user and it works today; Book is priced per business and does not exist yet.
Which one would you use today?
Cal.com if you are one person, Setmore if you are up to four, Acuity if you want one polished thing and do not mind the calendar bands, Square if you are a salon that already takes card payments on Square.
