HubSpot fits
a business already running HubSpot's CRM, or one that wants free chat today and the wider marketing and sales platform later.
HubSpot's free tools include live chat, and the chat lands in HubSpot's own CRM. Greet is designed the same way round for Centilio: chat that files into Relate, answers from Care and books through Book. HubSpot is shipped; Greet is not.
Product design preview · Greet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Greet has not shipped; HubSpot has, and its chat is free to start. If you need chat this week, HubSpot is a real option. This page compares the two designs on facts that rarely change.
As of research in 2026. Check HubSpot's own pages for current plans and prices; we do not quote them here.

Both can be right. It depends on the shape of your business.
a business already running HubSpot's CRM, or one that wants free chat today and the wider marketing and sales platform later.
a small business on Centilio, where chat answers from its own articles, books through Book, and everyone who answers is covered by one price per business.
Nothing stops you keeping HubSpot and trying Greet on one page when it opens.
Import tools are not built; this is the proposed path.
No. Greet is not built. It is designed as an alternative for small businesses that want chat, CRM, bookings and help desk inside Centilio.
If free chat today is what you need, use it. Greet is designed for a business that wants answers from its own articles, bookings in the chat and one price per business.
As of research in 2026, HubSpot has free tools and prices paid plans per seat. Greet's proposed pricing is per business: Free, then $19 or $39 a month.
No connection is promised. Greet is designed around Relate; if an outside CRM connection is built, it will be listed on the integrations page.
The proposed path is to export contacts from HubSpot and import them into Relate, so Greet recognises returning customers. Import tools are not built yet.
On HubSpot's own pricing page. We do not quote their prices because they change, and an out-of-date number is worse than none.
Greet is in the third wave, after Care. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement, with the final plans and prices.
