Keeps: the transcript
Every message, the article Celia used and who answered. It belongs to your organisation.
A website chat is where strangers type their name, number and problem to your business. Greet is designed to keep that inside your organisation, answer only from what you published, and keep card details out of the conversation. Nothing here is running yet: these are design targets, not certifications.
Product design preview · Greet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Greet is not built and has not been security-audited. This page describes what is designed and what will be checked before launch, and it will be rewritten with what is actually true on the day Greet ships.
Secure live chat software starts with keeping less. These are the lines Greet is designed around.
Every message, the article Celia used and who answered. It belongs to your organisation.
A name, a need and a way to reach them, when the visitor offers them. No silent profiling.
The page the conversation started on, so your team knows what the visitor was reading.
A deposit opens a secure payment page. Nobody, Celia included, asks for a card number in the conversation.
Celia is designed not to train on your transcripts or to share them across organisations.
Visitor details are yours. They are not sold and not used to advertise to anyone.
The biggest risk in a chat assistant is a confident wrong answer. Greet is designed against it.
Celia answers only from articles a person has published. It does not quote prices, dates or promises that are not in those articles, and it hands over every topic you mark as always-human: complaints, refunds, anything urgent.
When Celia is wrong — and sometimes it will be — the transcript shows which article it used, so the fix is an edit to an article, not a guess about what the assistant was thinking.
Access is set once, in Account, and every conversation keeps its own trail.
Roles come from Account, the same identity layer the available Centilio tools use: who can answer, who can only read transcripts, and who can change what Celia may say. Every conversation is designed to keep a trail of who answered, when it changed hands and which article was used.
Compliance claims for Greet will be published only when they are true and dated.
Greet is designed to run on the same platform as the Centilio tools available now, with data encrypted in transit and at rest, inside your organisation's own space. Regional data residency is proposed for Enterprise. No certification is claimed for a product that is not built.
It is as safe as what the chat keeps and who can see it. Greet is designed to keep only the transcript, what the visitor chose to share and the page, and to show it only to the roles you set.
It is designed not to. Celia answers from your published articles, not from other conversations, so one visitor's details are never material for another visitor's answer.
On Business, a deposit opens a secure payment page from the chat. Card details are never typed into the conversation.
Your organisation. On Business you can export them and set how long they are kept.
No. Greet is not built, so no certification is claimed. Any statement we make later will be specific and dated.
Celia is designed not to train on your conversations. It gets better when a person publishes a better article, which is a change you can see and undo.

Greet is in the third wave, after Care. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement, with the final plans and prices.
