CENTILIO GREET / SELL

What the best live chat software should do, feature by feature.

Every feature Centilio Greet is designed to have, grouped by the job it does and marked with the plan it is proposed for. Nothing here is built yet. The page is the design, written down so you can hold us to it and tell us what is missing.

Greet has not shipped yet.

Every feature on this page is Centilio Greet as designed. Nothing is built, nothing is in beta, and the plan shown on each feature is a proposal that may move before launch. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.

Feature index

Six jobs, one conversation.

Live help chat software is judged on the moments that go wrong: the wrong answer, the lost lead, the visitor who waited. Each chapter below is one of those moments, and what Greet is designed to do about it.

6 feature groups

Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Chat on your site, answered from your own articles.

Answers

Read capabilities
  1. Answers from your articles. Celia replies only from articles published in Care, and names the one it used. Free
  2. Says when it does not know. No guessing: the visitor is told plainly and offered a person or a call back. Free
  3. Honest opening hours. Outside your hours the widget says when a person will reply, instead of pretending someone is there. Pro
  4. Gaps become drafts. Questions Celia could not answer are collected and drafted as new articles for a person to approve. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Lead capture straight into Relate.

Leads

Read capabilities
  1. Name, need and contact. Asked in the conversation, one question at a time, and filed in Relate as a new conversation. Free
  2. The page they were on. Every lead carries the page and the question that started it, so you know what brought them. Free
  3. Only the questions you set. No forms inside the chat and no fields you would never read. Free
  4. Returning customers recognised. Someone already in Relate is greeted as a customer, with the last conversation in view for your team. Pro
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Booking and payment inside the chat.

Booking

Read capabilities
  1. Book a time without leaving. The visitor picks a slot from your Book calendar inside the conversation. Pro
  2. Confirmations and reminders from Book. The booking lives in Book, so the chat does not have to remember it. Pro
  3. Deposits where you ask for one. If a booking type takes a deposit in Book, the visitor pays on a secure payment page, never by typing card details into the chat. Business
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Hand-off to a person with the full transcript.

Hand-off

Read capabilities
  1. One tap to a person. The visitor can ask for a person at any point, and Celia steps aside. Free
  2. The full transcript travels. Whoever picks it up sees every message, the article used and the details taken. Free
  3. Email alert when someone waits. If nobody has replied in the time you set, the right person hears about it. Free
  4. Saved replies. The answers your team types every day, shared and kept current. Pro
  5. Routing by page or team. Questions from the pricing page go to whoever quotes; complaints go to whoever fixes. Business
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Works on Site and on any website.

Anywhere

Read capabilities
  1. Built into Site. On a Centilio Site page, Greet is a switch in settings, not a snippet. Free
  2. Any other website. One snippet, pasted once, whatever your website is built with. Free
  3. Your look. Your colours, your name and your greeting on the widget. Pro
  4. Several websites. One team answering for more than one website, each with its own articles. Business
Proposed at launch unless marked after launch

Roles, the trail and Celia's limits.

Control

Read capabilities
  1. Roles from Account. Who can answer, who can only read transcripts, and who can change what Celia may say. Free
  2. A trail on every conversation. Who answered, which article was used, and when the conversation changed hands. Free
  3. Always-human topics. The subjects Celia must hand over every time, such as complaints or anything urgent, set by you. Pro
  4. Reports that matter. How long visitors waited, how many were handed over and how many became leads. Business
  5. Transcript export and retention. Your conversations, downloadable, kept as long as you decide and no longer. Business
  6. Single sign-on and regional data residency. For organisations with their own security review. Enterprise

Celia in each chapter

What Celia drafts, and what you approve.

In every chapter the line is the same: Celia prepares, a person approves. This is where the line sits in each one.

Answers

Celia drafts a reply from a published article. You approved the article when you published it in Care.

Asking

Celia asks the next question. You chose which questions it may ask, and which it may not.

Booking

Celia offers the slots that fit. You set the calendar and the booking types in Book.

Hand-off

Celia writes a two-line summary for whoever picks it up. You decide who that is, and what the reply says.

Gaps

Celia drafts the article that would have answered a question it could not. You decide whether it is published.

Leads

Celia writes the visitor's need in their own words. You decide the follow-up.

Live chat customer support software, three ways to build it.

Most chat tools take one of three shapes. Greet is designed as the third. Named tools are compared on the compare pages.

Questions

About the features.

Is any of this built?

No. Every feature here is designed, not shipped. The plan on each one is proposed and may move before launch.

Which feature matters most?

The one that stops wrong answers. Celia answers only from published articles and says when it does not know; every other feature is built on top of that.

Can a visitor always reach a person?

Yes. Asking for a person works at any point in the conversation, on every plan. Outside your hours the visitor is told when someone will reply, and their details are taken.

Does Greet need Care?

Celia answers from articles in Care, so the answering features are designed around it. Lead capture, hand-off and the transcript are designed to work without it.

Can visitors pay in the chat?

On Business, a booking type that asks for a deposit in Book opens a secure payment page from the chat. Card details are never typed into the conversation.

Is there an API?

Not yet, and we will not promise one before the product exists. If one is built, it will be documented on the integrations page.

Be told when Greet opens.

Greet is in the third wave, after Care. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement, with the final plans and prices.
