Celia drafts a reply from a published article. You approved the article when you published it in Care.
Every feature Centilio Greet is designed to have, grouped by the job it does and marked with the plan it is proposed for. Nothing here is built yet. The page is the design, written down so you can hold us to it and tell us what is missing.
Product design preview · Greet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Every feature on this page is Centilio Greet as designed. Nothing is built, nothing is in beta, and the plan shown on each feature is a proposal that may move before launch. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Live help chat software is judged on the moments that go wrong: the wrong answer, the lost lead, the visitor who waited. Each chapter below is one of those moments, and what Greet is designed to do about it.

In every chapter the line is the same: Celia prepares, a person approves. This is where the line sits in each one.

Celia asks the next question. You chose which questions it may ask, and which it may not.
Celia offers the slots that fit. You set the calendar and the booking types in Book.
Celia writes a two-line summary for whoever picks it up. You decide who that is, and what the reply says.
Celia drafts the article that would have answered a question it could not. You decide whether it is published.
Celia writes the visitor's need in their own words. You decide the follow-up.
Proposed. If building Greet teaches us that a feature belongs on a different plan, this table changes first.

No. Every feature here is designed, not shipped. The plan on each one is proposed and may move before launch.
The one that stops wrong answers. Celia answers only from published articles and says when it does not know; every other feature is built on top of that.
Yes. Asking for a person works at any point in the conversation, on every plan. Outside your hours the visitor is told when someone will reply, and their details are taken.
Celia answers from articles in Care, so the answering features are designed around it. Lead capture, hand-off and the transcript are designed to work without it.
On Business, a booking type that asks for a deposit in Book opens a secure payment page from the chat. Card details are never typed into the conversation.
Not yet, and we will not promise one before the product exists. If one is built, it will be documented on the integrations page.
Greet is in the third wave, after Care. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement, with the final plans and prices.
