The owner
The 9 pm visitor becomes a 9 am call, with their name, their need and the page they were on, instead of a bounce in an analytics report nobody reads.
Centilio Greet is the conversation on your website. It is designed to answer from your own articles in Care, recognise a returning customer from Relate, book the visit through Book, and hand to a person the moment the question is real, with the whole transcript so nobody asks twice. It is the front desk that never says "someone will get back to you". Proposed pricing is per business, not per agent: free to start, then ₹799 a month for everyone who answers.
Product design preview · Greet has not shipped. All features, screens and prices are proposals.
Everything on these pages — the screens, the features, the prices — is Centilio Greet as designed, not a product you can open today. There is no beta and no list of users, and we would rather show you the whole design and say so than publish three sentences and a countdown. Greet is in the third wave, after Care. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Website chat for small business is not about a bubble in the corner of the page. It is about the visitor who has one question, at the wrong hour, and leaves when nobody answers.
Most small businesses already know their questions: the hours, the price of a visit, whether you cover their area, whether there is a slot this week. Greet is designed to answer those from what you have already written, take the details when it cannot, and put a real person in front of the questions that need one. Here is what that changes for each person who touches the website.
The 9 pm visitor becomes a 9 am call, with their name, their need and the page they were on, instead of a bounce in an analytics report nobody reads.
The same ten questions answered from your articles, all evening and all weekend, so the phone is free for the calls that need a voice.
A lead arrives in Relate with what the visitor asked and what they were told, so the first call starts in the middle, not at hello.
A hand-off arrives with the full transcript. Nobody types their problem twice, and nobody on your team has to start with "could you explain again?"
Four verbs, in the order a good receptionist uses them. Greet is designed to do them in the same order, and to stop at the first one that settles the visitor's question.
Every step is written to the same conversation record, so whoever picks it up tomorrow morning sees exactly what happened tonight, including what Celia said and where it came from.
Celia replies from the articles you have published in Care and shows which article it used. If the articles do not cover the question, it says so instead of guessing.
When the next step needs details, it asks what a receptionist would: name, what they need, how to reach them, when suits. Nothing more, and one question at a time.
If the next step is a visit or a call, the visitor picks a time from your Book calendar without leaving the chat, and pays a deposit where your booking type asks for one.
The moment a question is real — a complaint, an emergency, a price that depends on the job — a person gets the conversation with everything said so far.
This is Greet's conversation console with fictional data from a home services business: five visitors, one evening. Open a conversation to see which article Celia answered from, the urgent one it handed to a person, the visit booked inside the chat, and the lead it took when the articles ran out. The component runs in your browser; the product behind it is not built yet.
Most AI chat for website visitors is built to sound sure. Celia is designed to be right, or to say plainly that it does not know.
Celia answers what your articles already answer, asks the questions a receptionist would, and hands over the moment the conversation needs a person. It never invents an answer; it says what it does not know.
It does not quote a price your articles do not state, promise a time your calendar does not show, or argue with an upset customer. It notices the questions it could not answer and drafts the article that would have answered them, for a person to edit and publish in Care before Celia ever uses it.
That is the Centilio rule — Celia prepares, a person approves — applied to a live conversation. What Celia says to a visitor, a person approved first, as an article. Everything new, a person decides.
One feature group for each job Greet is designed to do, each marked with the plan it is proposed for. The full list, with the control features, is on the features page.

A chat widget on its own knows nothing about you. Greet is designed to sit between four Centilio products, inside one login, so the conversation can use what the rest of the business already knows.
Each product you add removes a step someone would otherwise do by hand: copying a lead into a spreadsheet, checking a diary, pasting an answer from a document. None of the four is built yet; their stages are shown on each card.
The articles Celia answers from, and the help desk inbox where a conversation becomes a ticket when it needs follow-up.
The lead, filed as a new conversation on the customer record; the returning customer, recognised.
The time slot, chosen inside the chat, with confirmations, reminders and deposits handled by Book.
The website itself, with Greet switched on in settings rather than pasted in.
Live chat customer support software holds names, phone numbers and problems people would not post in public. Greet is designed around that fact.
Transcripts belong to your organisation and are visible only to the roles you set in Account. Celia answers only from your published articles and is designed never to train on your conversations. Card details are never typed into the chat: a deposit opens a secure payment page. Encryption in transit and at rest is planned on the same platform as the Centilio tools available now. None of this is running yet, and the security page says exactly what is designed and what is not.

The questions people ask before they choose a chat tool, answered for Greet as designed.
No. Greet has not shipped: there is no app, no beta and no list of users. These pages are the product as designed, and the console above is that design running in your browser with fictional data. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Greet is in the third wave, after Care. We will not publish a date until we can keep it, and the waitlist hears before anyone else.
No. It answers from your own content and says when it cannot; a person is one tap away. If an answer is not in a published article, Celia does not give one.
Yes. Name, need and contact go straight into Relate as a new conversation, with the page the visitor was on and what they were told.
Three things, in this order: it answers correctly or not at all, it gets a person in quickly when it should, and what it learns lands where your team already works. Greet is designed around those three. Judge every tool on them, including this one.
No. Celia answers what your articles cover at any hour and takes details for everything else. Outside your hours, the widget says when a person will reply instead of pretending someone is there.
It is designed to. On a Centilio Site page it is a switch in settings; on any other website it is one snippet, pasted once.
No. The proposed pricing is per business: Free, then ₹799 a month on Pro and ₹1,599 on Business, with everyone who answers included.
Greet is in the third wave, after Care. Leave your name and you will hear before the announcement, with the final plans and prices.
