Pay has not shipped: it sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, after Team and Ledger, and there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet. At launch it is designed to run payroll in India only. The pricing model

ADP sells RUN in packages and, as of research in 2026, does not publish standard prices; each business gets a quote.
A quote can fit a business closely, and for a larger employer that is often worth the call. For a small team it means the price is not known until a sales conversation has happened.
Pay is designed with its proposed prices on this page: free for up to five people, then one price per business by headcount band. Whether that is cheaper depends on your quote, so ask for one and compare.
If you switch, later
What moving from RUN Powered by ADP will take.
- Switch at a clean point — the start of a month, ideally the start of a quarter — so filings do not straddle two tools.
- Bring people, salary structures and year-to-date figures, so TDS for the rest of the year stays right.
- Run one month in both and compare every net pay before you stop the old one.
- Ask your CA to check the first filings from the new tool before the due date.

Is Pay an ADP alternative?
For a business paying people in India, that is the design. RUN Powered by ADP is built for small US employers, so if your people are in the United States, Pay will not run their payroll at launch.
How does ADP price RUN?
As of research in 2026, ADP sells RUN in quote-based packages — Essential, Enhanced, Complete and HR Pro — and does not publish standard prices. Ask ADP for a quote for your headcount.
Who is RUN built for?
Small businesses with roughly 1 to 49 employees in the United States, according to published guides in 2026. ADP has other products for larger employers.
Does Pay publish its price?
Yes, as a proposal. Free for up to five people, then Pro and Business priced per business by band, and nothing is charged until Pay ships.
Is Pay available now?
No. Pay is in the third wave of Centilio tools and has no launch date yet. Join the waitlist and you will hear first.
Can I move from ADP to Pay later?
If your people are in India, that is the plan: switch at the start of a month or quarter with year-to-date figures, and run one month in both. Tell us what you use today and it will shape the import.
