After that it is priced per business, not per employee: Pro at ₹799 a month for up to 50 people and Business at ₹1,999 for up to 500. These prices are proposed, and nothing is charged until Pay ships.

Pay has not shipped: it sits in the third wave of Centilio tools, after Team and Ledger, and there is no app, no beta and no launch date yet. At launch it is designed to run payroll in India only. We would rather set out the whole design and say so plainly than publish a thin page; join the waitlist and you will hear first.

Priced per business, because hiring should not raise the payroll bill.
A per-employee fee grows with every hire. Pay is priced in bands, so the bill moves only when the business crosses one.
We do not quote other vendors’ prices here, because they change more often than this page does, and several large providers quote rather than publish. Multiply your own per-person fee by your headcount, and compare.

About the price
What is metered, and what is free.
One price for the business, with nothing hidden behind it.
- The bands count people paid in a month. Owners and approvers who are not on payroll do not count.
- Your CA is included on every plan and never counts as a person paid.
- Free is designed to stay free for up to five people, not to expire after a trial.
- Celia is included on every plan, not sold separately.
- Payslips and filings are filed in Drive, under the Drive plan you already have.
- One login with every Centilio tool. A bundle price, if there is one, appears at checkout when it is real.

About pricing and billing.
Is the price final?
No. These prices are proposed and nothing is charged until Pay ships. If they change before launch, this page changes first.
Why per business and not per employee?
Because a fee per person turns every hire into a payroll cost on top of the salary. Pay is priced in bands by the number of people paid, so growing from 12 to 40 people does not change the bill.
What stays free?
Free is designed to stay free rather than expire after a trial. It covers up to five people with the run from Team, PF and ESI, payslips on phones, reimbursements from Spend, the payment file and posting to Ledger.
Does your CA need a paid plan?
No. The CA role is included on every plan, Free included, and it never counts as a person paid.
How is Celia metered?
Celia is included on every plan, with more of its checks on Pro and above. There is no separate AI add-on to buy.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is proposed at ₹639 a month for Pro and ₹1,599 a month for Business, about 20% less than paying monthly.
Will the Centilio invoice show GST?
Yes. Prices are in rupees with 18% GST added at checkout, and the invoice is designed to carry your GSTIN. The figures on this page are before GST.
Is there a bundle with Team and Ledger?
Pay uses the same Account login as every Centilio tool. Any bundle price will be shown at checkout when it is real, not before.
