Choose Klaviyo if
You sell products online. Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, back-in-stock, post-purchase flows and revenue attribution are the job, and Klaviyo does that job better than anything else on the market including us.
Historical comparison from Fable’s September 2026 research, not a current vendor quote. Confirm current provider features, prices, currency and billing periods. Pulse is unbuilt. Klaviyo bills Indian businesses in US dollars, so their figures stay in dollars here and ours are in rupees. Klaviyo is the best ecommerce email product there is, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Its free plan is 250 active profiles and 500 email sends a month, and the plan builder's default paid configuration comes out at $45 a month, priced on profiles stored. If your business is a shop with a product feed, abandoned carts and back-in-stock alerts, buy Klaviyo. Centilio Pulse is for the business that is not a shop: campaigns, sequences and cold outreach on one list, metered on sending, with every reply landing on a customer record.

You sell products online. Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, back-in-stock, post-purchase flows and revenue attribution are the job, and Klaviyo does that job better than anything else on the market including us.
You are not a shop. You send a newsletter and you do outbound, your customers are companies rather than carts, and you would rather be metered on what you send than on how many people you remember.
Historical comparison from Fable’s September 2026 research, not a current vendor quote. Confirm current provider features, prices, currency and billing periods. Pulse is unbuilt. For a business that wants campaigns, sequences and outbound on one list, yes — and with unlimited contacts instead of a price that climbs as your list grows. For a Shopify store that needs product-feed automation, no; that is Klaviyo.
Historical comparison from Fable’s September 2026 research, not a current vendor quote. Confirm current provider features, prices, currency and billing periods. Pulse is unbuilt. For a business that is not an ecommerce store, yes. For one that is, Klaviyo is genuinely the best product in that niche and we would rather say so than sell you a year of disappointment.
For a business that also sends a newsletter, yes, and it is the only tool on this list that does both on one list and one reputation. For an agency running high-volume outbound across dozens of domains, no — they are built for that and we are not.

It is aimed at the same buyer, and Brevo is the only large vendor that already prices the right way, by emails sent rather than contacts stored. Our argument is that they then charge extra for removing their own logo and sell SMS credits separately, and that replies going onto a customer record is worth more than either.
