Choose Freshsales if
You are already running Freshdesk or Freshservice, or $9 a seat on Growth is the number that decides it. Both are good reasons.
Historical September 2026 source comparison, not a current quote. Freshsales starts at $9 a seat on Growth, which is the cheapest real CRM in this comparison, then $39 on Pro and $59 on Enterprise. It is a capable product and a sensible choice for a team already inside Freshworks. Centilio Relate is more expensive than Growth and level with Pro — and the argument for it is not price at that tier, it is that the signature, the invoice and the files are ours, and that the people who only look never cost a seat.

You are already running Freshdesk or Freshservice, or $9 a seat on Growth is the number that decides it. Both are good reasons.
You sell with quotes and invoices and want them on the same record, or you have owners and delivery people who should not cost $39 a month each to look at a pipeline.
For a small business that wants a CRM, yes, at a fraction of the price and with no onboarding fee. For marketing automation at scale, no — HubSpot's marketing side is genuinely strong and Pulse is a separate tool that is also not built yet.
For businesses of two to two hundred, yes. For an enterprise sales operation with a RevOps team, territory rules, CPQ and a custom object model, no, and we would rather say so than sell you a year of disappointment.
Yes, and Pipedrive is good — Lite at $14 does one job cleanly. The difference is what surrounds the deal: the signature, the invoice and the files are ours, so they arrive on the record without an integration.
It is aimed at the same business, and Zoho is mature, deep and cheap, with a free tier of three users. Our argument is fewer, deeper tools and a record that fills itself; theirs is twenty years of features and an enormous ecosystem. Both are honest arguments.
